This is a phenomenal company! I had a delivery that was less than appealing. They took care of me like I was royalty! The second delivery to correct the first one was amazing! I will be ordering more, and more, and so should you! It is so rare for a company to do the right thing! Thank you Vejii! You are awesome!

I placed an order for grocery items I can't find locally. It arrived in just 2 days. Everything was wonderful.
And still very cold! And the prices are reasonable.
Have just placed my second order.

I had a problem with my shipment and customer service was extremely helpful and reasonable in addressing the situation. I am impressed with their selection and pricing, as well.

Very happy with this company and the products they provide. Their customer service is beyond anything you expect to experience these days and even followed up with a real phone call to ensure that I was satisfied with a minor problem. I highly recommend them!

I stumbled upon shopvejii on Facebook, I was very intrigued by the fact that they only sell plant based products. I ordered my usual items at an equal or better price than in store, and a few items I had never seen in stores. Everything was packaged very well and shipped in time, I had ordered some daiya cheese which they no longer had in stock, I messaged them and was refunded immediately for my missing item. I will definitely be ordering from shopvejii again.

I was happy to know that I was able to get my non-dairy milk at a reasonable price from shopvejii.com. The customer service agent was excellent and I felt assured I was onto something... BOY WAS I WRONG!

My products were delivered late but, what was disturbing was the fact that they (6 milk in two styrofoam boxes) were terribly packed and ALL broken/messy when I took off the styrofoam cover.

I took pictures and sent it to the team expecting a full refund after that mess. I got a partial refund for a failure which was no fault of mine. This was extremely poor judgement on shopvejii and even after a kind and gentle follow up message, I was not even afforded a response. Double whammy!

My experience was definitely unprofessional and unethical and I would suggest 'would be customers' consider other service providers OR, physically go to a supermarket to get what is desired.

So, I really wanted to love Vejii because of the great selection of plant-based "meats"and was excited to get my first order. However, it arrived a day late and at room temp. Stuff happens, so that was not a deal breaker. The deal breaker was my order arriving in a styrofoam cooler. I cannot support a company that ships in styrofoam. I have had multiple correspondences with customer service and they keep offering to reship my order and ignore my concern about the use of styrofoam. They have not once addressed that concern. I have asked for a refund 3 or 4 times now and have never gotten a response to that question. I would rather not get my money back than receive another shipment in a styrofoam cooler. I'm super disappointed.

For the longest time, I've been wanting to explore some plant based seafood brands (Mind Blown scallops, Vegan Shrimp) but the shipping costs direct from vendor were always too high. With Vejii, I was able to get a large samplers of a lot of different brands with free shipping (over $75). I received the order still cold and in great shape!

My order arrived quite fast. It was and is great food. So much easier to order from one place. They have items not in the stores in my town. When a few items were missed they jumped on it right away and fixed everything. Awesome customer service and food.

I ordered from shopvejii for the first time. The order arrived sooner than expected and was well packed in a freezer container which remained freezer cold several hours after I finished with work. I will definitely order from them again.

Hello Fellow Vegetarians and Vegans. The shopvejii was recommended to me by a friend in NC and I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. Some of their products can be found in a regular store, but Shop vejii has so many more plant-based products and many different brands. I exchanged emails with Sheena and was extremely happy with her help. My opinion: Give Shopvejii a chance. I haven't received my order yet but venture to guess it will be properly packed and shipped. Thank you, Shopvejii!

Great experience with shipping method (cold items were still cold), customer service excellent, only problem was that the Tofurkey Oven Roasted Turkey Slices packages were past the expiration date by a few weeks. Still delicious though.

My items arrived packaged very nicely. They were in great condition, well packed and still fresh and frozen. I thank you guys and gals that put so much love into making us customers happy. I look forward to ordering from Vejii again

It's nice to shop where everything is vegan. I feel like I am supporting the animals, people, and the planet!

So far, so good! The thick and heavy carton arrived on my front door stoop this morning just after ten. Beautifully taped up. Brought it inside; used an Exacto blade to carefully open up the top of the carton and voila! Complete thick covering.

So I slowly slipped back the cover, which turned out to be the side and the bottom, as well. I was moving slowly, because this was better (I hoped) than receiving a dress or skirt.

Everything was ice cold -- no exaggeration whatsoever! Not only that -- the individual frozen items were packaged separately (remarkable).

I laid out everything on my kitchen counter, and then thoroughly washed my hands (thinking we're back with the pandemic worsening). Absolutely everything looked delicious, and my stomach instantly began growling -- uh-uh, it's MORNING, Susie!

So I industriously put away each item in the freezer or the refrigerator, and the one canned soup (oh, my!) in my pantry, and as I was doing that, I stared at everything, already thinking about dinnertime for myself. [I usually have some fruits or vegetables at midday as a lunch... I just may have to cheat today.]

Soooooo, I haven't tried anything, and have no idea in the world where I'll start! Ravioli? But those incredible buns and making myself a glorified Impossible burger might be an outstanding treat.

I sure hope I'll be able to leave another review after I've had at least half of the various foods I ordered. I have only one regret, and it's complicated: I live off of food stamps, and really have no other type of money, so this order was a splurge I shouldn't have done. So it may be a lonnnnng while 'til I can order again, and not even having eaten of of the vegan goods vejii carriers, this makes me immensely sad. Understandably, vejii is a company that is not set up for food stamps. My monthly Social Security is $777, but I live in a large complex, and the HOA dues are $350 a month, so I have to pay that out... I live with what's left over, along with my food stamps. Crazy, isn't it?

Anyway, at least I was able to SORT OF "support" vejii at least once, and we'll see what happens 'round the corner, right? And I've got my rescues to keep me laughing all the time.

Good, GOOD luck with vejii, and I do mean that with all my heart. You've got things set up rather well, and that's coming from an ethical vegan for many, many years.
