Excellent communication from silver crops bought a set from a retailer who sold silver cross packages but there was pieces of the set missing, kept getting fobbed off so went directly to SC and they sent the missing parts out straight away. Very polite staff and prompt responses via email. Top service. 5*
Terrible customer service I ordered on…
Terrible customer service I ordered on the 15th of march when ordering delivery was 1-5 working days today the 30th Iv still not received my order.. Iv emailed and send a facebook message before this but also got no reply..the reply to email was it was dispatched and I will get it early last week .. still not arrived.. avoid if you want to get your items

Thank you to the customer service team at Silver Cross. I have made contact with them a couple of times since getting my Cove travel system. They have always been very helpful, polite and fast with their replies, taking time to investigate my queries and help me despite my baby brain on the latest occasion. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you again for your help with my queries! I have found using the Glide car seat very easy to use with the isofix base. The pram is easy to manoeuvre. The extending push handle bar is good to work between the differing arm lengths between myself and my husband. Highly recommend!

I was extremely grateful to the customer service team at Silver Cross after they supported me buy a replacement bumper bar for my silver cross pop.l had lost the original just after buying it new for my grandson.The silver cross customer Service team met more than my expectations and confirmed to me that our research to buy a silver cross pop buggy was justified by the excellent customer service which organised a replacement and provided a free bumper bar cover which I would have been happy to pay for.I would recommend the product just for the follow up customer experience alone as often in my experience other companies just fall so short but not the Silver Cross Team.Well done.

Not easy to use in the slightest
I bought the bundle which includes the pram, 2 car seats and the stand for the house. I have to say I am not impressed with the use of a few things so far. The newborn car seat is nothing short of complicated to get off the base, the tag doesn't always work and when it does you need to use broot force. Also the stand for the basket part of the pram for use in the house is very flimsy and does not click in and on occasions just slides of if not careful. Pay top prices, you'd expect premium, but with this you get complication and an unfriendly use in every day life. Not good

Silver Cross promo deal
We purchased a Silver Cross travel system in February and 2 weeks later they had a promo deal including free base and goody bag. I contacted Silver Cross to see if this could be offered retrospectively. We were pleased to find out as a gesture of good will they posted out a free car base for us. It arrived the next day. Couldn't fault their customer service and generosity.
We originally ordered a high chair and…
We originally ordered a high chair and identified a significant safety risk - which overall has been ignored (significant risk of a baby/ child getting their foot trapped in the foot rest. Was advised that a new chair would be sent - it was - same chair so same safety issues exist!! Was advised that chair would be collected and a refund issued - chair was collected still waiting for the refund or at least an update regarding this … I’m not sure thaf I like having to continuously chase silvercross for answers (maybe silvercross Ireland are less responsive and customer focused) - still concerned about the safety risks of the product

We have ordered 2 lunar baby cots
We have ordered 2 lunar baby cots, we ordered a second because the first one was faulty. The first one we ordered through John Lewis and the second, to make sure we didn’t get another faulty, through Natural Baby Shower. Both products have the same fault, you need to speak to the Chinese component supplier for the bed frame that sits beneath the cot. The frame has screws (which should slide into the frame rivet) on the OUTSIDE of the frame whereas they should be “in line”. ie they are 90 degrees out of place so the frame does not slide to click into place. Instead the nuts sit on top of the frame, which is totally unsafe. Bit pissed off having to deal with this one week before our baby is due.
Shocking product checks in the factory.
We will have to order a cot from another supplier and leave an honest online review.

I went to their trade show at Excel, the product looks OK but there was a women (told she was from marketing) who was incredibly rude and arrogant. I cant bring myself to spend money when they obviously feel the customers need the product more than they need the customer. Saw plenty of other products from different vendors and the gap is virtually non-existent with different vendor products so I have no clue why the silver cross team would behave like this.

I just want to say, I cannot recommend Silver Cross company more, I want to say that they rectified a problem that I had made and received an order, that I had incorrectly made, I spoke to Zoe, she re-ordered the correct item, arranged it's delivery, and the collection of my original order, all at no extra cost. Brilliant service, thankyou everyone at Silver Cross Shipton.
Fantastic company to buy from
We bought a Silvercross Cove Bundle, this bundle is absolutely fantastic. It's designed with everything in mind. The pram is robust but very lightweight, its practical and caters to my baby's needs, my needs and my partners needs. I had to contact Silver Cross in regards to a replacement cup holder and their customer service was impeccable. The reply was so quick and my query was sorted in a matter of minutes. I work in a Paediatric Hospital and we were donated a Silver Cross Surf pushchair that i was going to gift to a parent who was in need. When it was assembled it was missing the hood. I emailed over to Silver Cross and enquired if they were still available and they confirmed that it was available and very kindly offered to send one out to the family free of charge. This has made such a difference to this family. Thank you so much we are very grateful.
