Simple Tire uses FedEx to ship and they consistently lose, damage, or deliver ire a to the wrong address. This time I received two of my tires and the other two were so badly damaged in transit that FedEx didn't even bother trying to deliver them. How you manage to damage a pair of tires to the point that they need to just be sent back is beyond me. I could run over a tire with a truck and it wouldn't be that badly damaged. Of course as always there is no accountability for FedEx. I may have to reconsider using Simple Tire due to their insistence on using such an inept shipping company.

I had some trouble with my order so I called your customer service department and spoke with a women named Dhaz, and she was 100 percent so so so friendly and helpful, she definitely deserves a bonus in my opinion.

I have been extremely pleased with the level of customer service that I received from Brandon and his team with Simple Tire. I've seen quality customer service decline over the past few years and therefore when I received the kind of service that delighted me, I needed to let others know. Tires arrived 2 days after ordering. They were what they were suppose to be. Balanced great. Would definitely do business there again. Price was great.

The shipment arrived in three days the auto shop them on the truck. Truck rides well with the new tires.

Tire was package is a way that the tire were so distorted that they can not be put on rims. Will never buy tires from you again. Have 4 useless trailer tires that can not be used.

They sell you 4- year old DOT Coded tires as new and tire life in florida and most states is 6- years due to the year round hot pavement and rapid rubber compound breakdown so your only getting a new tire that you can use for 2 years MAX

Purchase from your local tire shop so you know what the hell your getting plus now you have a local person to work with if you have an issue, you may pay a little bit more but you will not have to put up with a sham company

There was an error somewhere between the order details, and the shipping team, and only received half of my order. I called simpletire customer service. They were kind, professional, informative and treated me as if I was their priority. Within less than 24 hours, they had the rest of my order at my door! Im assuming they over-nighted them! Once they got the notification of delivery, they reached out to me to follow up. Best customer service experience I have ever had! I should also add... their prices are fair and products are quality! They've made me a loyal customer, life-long!

Easy ordering and arrived quickly. I actually bought two sets of tires one for my daughters 2024 Kia and a 2022 Camry. We had hers put on yesterday she said rides very smooth she was very happy.
