Great response time and Kelly was great in helping resolve my issue

When completing check out, what was initially offered as an included perk was what was described as an additioanl tire replcement/waranty on top of whatever the manufacturer was offering. Upon completing checkout what was offered as a freebie was turned into an additional $114 charge. I immediately cancelled the order and, although I hesitated to do so, went back to reorder the same tires-albeit more cautiosly and deliberately so as not to be subject to the ol' switcheroo at checkout. I didn;t appreciate that much at all.

I love the prices but it would’ve been nice if I got email updates. I received no email that they shipped or were delivered. I could’ve had them installed over the weekend but didn’t know they even got there

I love the huge selection of tire brands and sizes you from Simple tire! I usually buy from Discount Tire on my fleet account and with multiple 4x4 trucks and trailers, I have spent almost 10K a year there, but they seem to always have some excuse about tires being back ordered and try to sell you what you don't want! So being a little dismayed, I gave Simple Tire a try! I ordered 12 tires for my 2 of my 1-ton dually Ram 4x4 trucks in my fleet. My trucks go through about 2-3 sets a year, so saving money is important to my maintenance budget. 6 of those were stuck/delayed at the FedEx facility with no way of getting ahold of them. I was able to contact Simple tire (a real person) and they also could receive and communicate via text (which I prefer). They had it solved withing an hour and my tires were on the way! For the delay, they offered a discount and a code for my next set, which with a fleet and many other trucks, I ordered another 4 for a 3/4 ton Ram 4x4 truck.
I will going forward always order from Simple Tire from now on! The customer service and especially the selection and sizes that are shipped quick, exceeds what local stores lack anymore.

Prices were very reasonable, order process was hassle free and shipping was very fast. I would definitely recommend Simple Tire for your tire needs.

Great Price and quick shipping. Tires were exactly what I needed. Tracking the tires was easy and I knew exactly when they would arrive so I could plan other work activities around their delivery. Easy to use web site and ordering.

Found SimpleTire on Google and the company name fits. It was a simple and easy process to select the tires and make the purchase. Shipping was lightning fast with zero issues. Would highly recommend.

The tire prices are great and the system is pretty good. They get you set up at a local shop for installation, which makes things easy. Where I feel they could improve is in the communication. When I completed my purchase, it gave me a date and a location. That was it. I never heard from anyone. My order kept showing that my tires hadn't even shipped yet all the way until my install day. I messaged to ask about it and was told the tires were there and to just show up. It wasn't very comforting so I ended up calling the shop and speaking with someone directly to confirm everything. I'm not sure the installation prices were exactly the same as I had other services done that I paid for in addition to the tires. But all in all, I got the tires I ordered for a decent price and not too long of a wait from order to install.

The tires are pretty much what I was looking for. I've been familiar with the Armstrong brand for over forty years, and I'm sure I'll get good service from them. Definitely no issue with the price, either. Very affordable. I appreciate the free shipping, and the ability to pay over time with Affirm. The only thing I found less than desirable was the fact thatyou were sending me reminder emails literally EVERY DAY. I don't need to be reminded of what I've looked at, and I don't need assistance in choosing my tires either. This went beyond the point of annoying, and was borderline infuriating. It almost caused me to buy my tires from a different company

Price, Delivery service

After I complained about the lack of coordination with its installer, Amanda of Simple Tire responded. As it turned out, it's my mistake in not doing the online processing correctly. I even ordered the wrong-size tire! Amanda was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She guided me through the proper process and eventually resolved all my issues. Because of her, I would definitely recommend Simple Tire to anyone.

Shopping for tires is easy and I was able to find what I wanted. The website is easy to navigate.

Fast response, no long wait time and very helpful

I ordered the exact tires with 3 different companies before ordering with Simple Tire. I talked to reps for each of the other companies before ordering, and all stated that they indeed had the tires in stock. After ordering from the previous 3, each stating that I would receive my tires within a week, I had to cancel because NONE of them after 2 weeks had even made out a shipping #, so I canceled all 3 seperate orders. So after going back and forth trying to get my 4 new Toyo Open Country Tires, and waiting on my refunds to post, I finally made a 4th order from SimpleTire.com, not sure of what to expect. They promised me I'd receive my tires within 3 days of ordering, to my suprise, even ordering toward the end of the day, I received my tires in a small remote town, THE VERY NEXT DAY. On top of the Lightning fast delivery, they had a $100 dollar instant rebate on 4 tires, Plus they pitched in Road Hazard for 3 years ABSOLUTELY FREE. ($400 VALUE BY ITSELF). Needless to say, Simple Tire has a new customer FOR LIFE. I am extremely satisfied, and wish I would have dealt with them from the start. So after going back and forth with big name tire companies for over 2 months, I finally got my tires and they were exactly what I ordered, Thanks Simple Tire.
