Simply CBD Wales Reviews

Customer service and knowledge around CBD was next level

Thanks all and see you soon

Matt b

I Telephoned prior to making an order to Ask for information on what strength CBD would be best for my condition, the information given was excellent & lovely knowledgeable staff.

First time for me to use this company. I wanted to try CBD for my sciatica. The owner, Mark, was very helpful, giving great advice and, as I was local, he allowed me to pick up my order outside office hours. This was much appreciated and showed great customer focus. I can’t say yet how effective the CBD oil has been, but it does seem to have taken the edge off my sciatica pain, which is what I wanted. Many thanks.

Good price and great service.

Very good product, far better than anything I’ve got from high street shops

Good quality product, dispatched promptly.

I was recommended this product for my dad by My Tatoo ladie MeeshDawg👌🏾 He’s had really bad pain in his knees for years :( within 3 days of taking this he was like a new man 👌🏾

Very helpful when I phoned can’t fault the delivery

The service was great, and fantastic value. Products are effective and the strawberry tastes nice!

Am waiting to update my review about the specific product as initially I didn't receive the correct flavour.

That being said the CBD Oils I ordered were amazingly priced and shipped very quickly, I received them, signed for, within 4 days of I placing my order. There was a mistake where I recieved the wrong flavour but seller is sending out the correct item at their cost which is above expectations. When they called to correct the issue they also discussed my usage of the product and gave further advice which was welcomed. Product quality is excellent, customer service is excellent - could not ask for more, really

An excellent product and really great communication. I would highly recommend Simply CBD.

Unfortunately I don’t like the blend of essential oils that you have used in your CBD blend the oil isn’t great for massage
