Top Notch Company

Lack of response from seller
Update to my initial review - Mark from simply CBD Wales contacted me in the new year to say that my email had been sent to his junk mail and that a replacement would be dispatched. I received a replacement bottle shortly afterwards 👍.

Firstly want to say that the product is great. My issue is with my recent purchase (on a buy 1 get 1 free). 1 of the bottles was leaking when they arrived (20th December). I emailed immediately but got no response. Waited a couple of days and emailed again to a different email address. I assumed that the lack of response may have been due to the busy Christmas period but, a week into the new year, I have still had no response to my email.

I'm sorry for the mix up here. What has happened is very unusual and has never happened before. As per my email sent to you earlier.
I can see how it's happened though. 2 consecutive orders for the same products getting dispatched to at a glance the same area.
Human error has occurred your orders would have been side by side at our dispatch center and the invoices have got mixed up, due to both orders containing the same items and going to a similar location. Our packer needed to pay more attention to addresses. I apologise for this.
In this instance the customer who's invoice was in you package ordered lthe same items as you 3 minutes before you, and lives in the same small village as you. Something like this happening is an extraordinary coincidence and obviously incredibly rare. And we hope you accept our apology for the mix up in this instance.

Great product deserves better delivery
The product is great but delivery not so. We had a text with a window so my husband stayed in, online updates not good and no notification that they wouldn't deliver that day. When I rang a upperity woman told me the van had broken down and they had no back up. Her attitude wasn't great, to say the least. A quality product deserves better than cheap delivery. I would rather pay an extra few quid for Royal Mail than waste time with APC.

Hi Im sorry about your experience with APC, but this is totally out of our control and not a reflection on us as a company, therefore i feel a 3 star review is unfair.
Royal Mail are actually cheaper than APC, we used them for years but their service became terrible with all the strikes they were having, we had several lost items and dozens of delayed deliveries. APC over the last year have been brilliant you are one of a handful of issues out of hundreds of orders.
