The price was good for the service levels provided. I found the reminder emails after booking were useful. Would have given another star but I didn’t have to make a claim so I don’t know how that would have gone.

Quick and easy to arrange at a much cheaper price than either EasyJet or the car company were offering. I had peace of mind and some money to pay the excessive baggage charge at the airport.

Very professional experience with SimplyExcess from start to finish on hiring our car for 4 days. Constant communication with very useful tips on picking up and dropping off our hire car would definitely use them again and reasonably priced for what we needed.

Very straightforward to set up and much cheaper than the rental company or competitors. Thankfully, I didn't have to claim but I definitely had peace of mind based on other reviews.

Worked well but I didn't need to claim so really was only peace of mind. Cannot comment on claim process.

This is great value with lots of options to tailor to your needs. There was a lot of pressure from the hire car company to purchase their own excess insurance which costs much more.

Same as most other people, peice of mind at a fraction of the car hire firms price. Didn't use it but the contact with Simply Excess has been very professional both before and after the trip

Simple and cost effective "peace of mind" insurance, avoiding expensive claim excess cover offered by car hire companies. Excellent email support and advice, both before and after car hire.

Simply Excess were transparent with what was covered and sent helpful information and reminders for me when picking up and dropping off the car. Didn’t have to claim so don’t know what the claims process is like, but it looked straightforward!

Very professional staff very good product

This is the first time that I have taken out separate insurance for a car hire (on top of the one that comes with the rental). The process of filling in the online form was straightforward and the price was very reasonable. I haven't had to make a claim so I can't comment on this but the information before, during and after I took out the policy was good. I would use them again.

We didn't need to make a claim so I can't comment on that aspect of their service. However, the premium was very reasonable and there was excellent communication, both around the purchase and around the car hire itself, so I would definitely use them again.

Straightforward and does what it says on the tin. We had to buy two separate insurances (couple both doing some of the driving) so it would be good to have an option where two people could be insured on one vehicle.

Easy to arrange a policy to cover excess which is better value than the rental companies own offering.
