Messed up my order and now not answering my calls. Had concerns before ordering but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Avoid this company as they do not adhere to UK consumer rights standards.

Had to exchange 2 suits not to any fault of the products just lanky children. Refund processed with great communication throughout. Ordered 2 other suits, fantastic prices and quality. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I recently purchases 4 boys suits for a family wedding which were excellent quality. Delivery to Ireland was very fast. I had to return one suit as it was too big but the wrong refund was given. When I contacted their customer service they were very apologetic and I received the correct refund almost immediately.

Had a bit of a hiccup with Sirri regarding an order but they were amazing in sorting things out, including refunding return postage that I paid and offering 15% discount on future orders.

Brilliant customer service - highly recommended! They even phoned me which is unheard of these days. Bravo!

I am really with the customer service I received from SIRRI.
I made an urgent order of boys suits and shoes on Friday 17th Dec but I was worried about the delivery time because I was to travel on the 22nd Dec. So I called and send an email regarding my travel and my order and I was told to give the order which I did.

I am happy to say my order was put on a fast track delivery without no extra cost and the customer service team kept checking on me through email if I have receive and thankfully I received my order on the 21st Dec.
I really appreciate all the effort and excellent customer service that I received.

Great service, I purchased a suit for my 6 year old grandson and was delighted with the product. 4 or 5 days from ordering to arriving , good quality and good workmanship.

Took all the hassle out of getting kids matching suits for our wedding. Quality of the garments was excellent quick delivery and helpful customer service.

Communion and confirmation suits sorted and absolutely 5 star quality every time. Suits won't be bought on the High Street to match these.
Already can't wait for wedding season next year and seeing what's on offer by then!

Leider kein guter Service. Wir hatten einen Anzug über Ebay bestellt. Da war alles super. Dann haben wir ein Hemd und eine Fliege direkt im Shop bestellt. Bis jetzt ist das Paket nicht aufgetaucht. Habe dann direkt nach einer Sendungsnummer gefragt. Mit dieser konnte man nichts erkennen. Das habe ich Sirri dann direkt mitgeteilt, aber es kam nichts mehr. Jetzt habe ich einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet. Auch da keinerlei Reaktion bisher von Sirri. Ich bin total enttäuscht. Zumal wir die Ware dringend benötigten für eine Kommunionsfeier. Jetzt muss ich auf die schnelle irgendwo anders was kaufen.

Bought a suit well over a year ago for a wedding. The quality is excellent. 3 Covid posponements and a bigger waistline later and trousers no longer fit. Contacted Sirri and asked if they would send me larger trousers at my cost. They asked for the full suit back and replaced the trousers free of charge. Superb service.

I ordered a suit for my boys communion, and with all the lockdown circumstances the date was pushed back leaving the suit to be to small when I came to retry it on. I contacted the customer service team explaining my issue and they have been more than helpful in every way by excepting the return on the suit & without deducting a 20%. They sent me out a suit in the next size up which I absolutely love! I honestly cannot recommend this company more than enough. Brilliant service, understanding and super fast!

Ordered a suit for my sons 1st holy communion and i must say im delighted it is absolutely gorgeous perfect fit i normally dont order online but im so glad i did i cant thank them enough the quality is amazing and it was delivered so quick, thankyou so so much ❤️

Very pleasantly surprised! I ordered wedding suits for my boys and couldn’t be happier. After searching all over for suits in the style and sizes we needed, I was very skeptical when they appeared to have multiple styles we liked, all with the sizes we needed. I fully expected my order to get cancelled after I submitted it.

Quite to the contrary, the suits arrived 2 days later (from the UK to Kentucky!) with free shipping. The suits themselves were just as described, and of very high quality. Really, couldn’t be happier.

One glitch to note for my fellow Americans: all of the pricing was listed in USD $, including the final order confirmation and the invoice I received with the suits. But when I checked my credit card, the amount as charged not in dollars $, but in £, nearly a 50% price increase. I brought this to the attention of customer service and they refunded the difference within hours.

Overall, a great experience. Would definitely use again!

I just received my order of 4 suits for my grandson's winter wardrobe. Delivery was within a couple of days as promised.

These suits, as always, are of such high quality and so well lined and designed. I just can't get enough of them.
