These guys are amazing. Bought a waistcoat outfit that looked beautiful and high quality but ended up to be too large when our son tried it on. Returned it free of charge without any hassle. The team were so kind and helpful throughout. They made every effort to send out a smaller size to us as soon as possible so that we had it in time for the wedding. Outstanding service. Well done. Will definitely recommend and use Sirri.

I was panicking about the shipping time so I called and spoke to Lena who very kindly arranged to upgrade my order to 24 hour tracked with Royal Mail. The tuxedo arrived the next day and it fits perfectly. My son will look very handsome at his primary prom. I can’t recommend Sirri enough for the wonderful service I received.

Had difficulties with the website, and left a bad review. SIRRI contacted us to ask if they could assist and offer a discount if we changed the review and make the order - management had apparently come down on marketing over it. We managed to order via Paypal meantime I called to confirm I would amend the review and accept the small refund, and they advised they were holding the order back until we called. I'm annoyed they held the order which we had made separately. All sorted now, just waiting on delivery. Have to say their customer service people are very proactive in dealing with the issue, and were easy to contact, so I've amended the review to reflect this. Also in response to Sirri's comments - the billing and shipping addresses did match. We suspect it is because we have no house number (just a name) and their system cannot handle that.

Suit was great quality and arrived quickly. Had to change order but was given excellent customer service by the customer service team could not fault them one bit, great at getting back to you. Lena Mike Nes were great.
Fantastic company for ordering for a special occasion I would highly recommend them.

I ordered and unfortunately my items were lost I emailed the company and I received my items that had been misplaced within a few days, i really appreciate the effort that the company put in to sorting this out for me.

Also my boys look amazing in the suits.

We had ordered suits for our sons (9 and 7 years old) and the suits were beautiful and very good quality. The international delivery was very fast. The customer service is great as well, they reply fast and kindly try to help with any questions/queries. Thank you!

Received my sons suit within a couple of days of ordering. Suits amazing! Had a little issue with the shirt I ordered sent Lena an email which she replied to straight away issue sorted there and then great service. Will definitely order again.

Had a great experience with these guys!! Such a good selection of high quality suits… I ordered several for a wedding and they were all superb quality. Some of the Father and Son suits, unfortunately the child sizes were larger and wider than anticipated, I contacted them and had responses in a timely manner, good courteous and helpful replies from Del! Would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants an excellent service!

We looked everywhere stores and online for the Cavani Blazer that my husband had wanted for a family Christening this weekend after not being able to find locally in his size. Found this company by chance online whilst Google searching Cavani suppliers. After reading the reviews we took a gamble and ordered the item online in the hope that it would arrive in time. Item arrived today 4 working days from and within the time that was advised. Email updates from the company and great customer service over the phone too. Very very happy with the service. I was let down last minute with a suit for my son and was scared to order online incase the quality was not as good or if I would receive it, I order suit and shoes for my son and it was amazing, stunning quality, perfect true to size fit, and the shoes was perfect 🥰 really wish I had ordered all my suits from here, fast dispatch also defo recommend.

I've ordered a few suits from this site for my nephews to wear at my wedding and the customer service has been amazing. Really fast delivery and so much help with sizes. I haven't had much luck finding formal suits for the boys but the three piece tux I have for them looks amazing and I would definitely recommend.

Marvellous company. Went over the top to help with my order which I was desperate to receive early, a boys shirt with cuff links for my daughters wedding. So glad to say, had received in good time with there help. The shirt is good quality, a fair price and looks very smart. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a 5 piece suit for my son for his FHC. I thank the customer service, they exchanged the size for us. My son is tall and look slim, but not actually slim, so getting the right size for him is not easy. My husband & I like the suit. My husband had to take the suit for adjustment. He just did not want to keep exchanging and exchanging. SIRRI were ready to exchange again.

I ordered a suit for an upcoming wedding. The wrong sized trousers arrived. Del @ SIRRI responded to my email immediately and had the correct trousers delivered to my door 2 days later (with no need to return the other ones!) The suit is beautiful too. Excellent customer service, immediately rectified the problem, super fast delivery. Will be using again
