Avoid this company. They are for you if you can afford extortionate rates applied 2 years into your contract unless you sign up for even longer than the 7 years you have been cajoled into. READ THE SMALL PRINT! Do not fall into the same trap as many other companies. They will not reduce the number of handsets, even if you have downsized your team. They are hard selling on another level

Great service from Sirus Telecoms - thank you. It is nice to have a friendly voice at the end of the phone - when we have had queries about how to use the new system, it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Pricing is straight forward and we know what we are getting. Engineers have been friendly and professional on their visits. Happy to recommend them.

Moved over to Sirus several years ago for our office phone system, and from day one any help we needed was there straight away, i then had a problem with our Mobile network supplier (they got bought out by ONECOM), very unhelpful, reached out to John at Sirus and in 2 days had 20 new sim cards on there network and saved money. Great business to work with.

This was a very unpleasant experience. Didn't get to see the contract for weeks, the email was being sent incorrectly, then found out I had an expensive 7 year lease I cant get out of. Over priced and oversold 3 phones, even though they only set up two lines. Now my small business is suffering as the costs go up.
They came in for a review and I explained it was too much money, they offered me an additional phone and to start my 7 year lease all over again. It’s a scam. They use high pressure techniques to try and get you to sign quickly and on the spot before you can process the informationand check it carefully. The monthly cost I was originally shown was not the actual figure. And the 7 year lease was never explained! Please avoid at all costs !!
Think twice!
I had a contact with Sirus and after 3 years a member of their sales team visited and said he could cut my monthly charge, saving my company £1,200 over the remaining contract. I asked and he confirmed that there was no new contract - a blatant lie!
Now i have a new 7 year contact and my bill has risen to over an extra £50 per month.
Made a formal complaint and told it would take 8 weeks to determine. Next stop Ofcom!
Think twice before you out pen to paper. For me the journey hasn't been a pleasurable one and look forward to seeing the back of this company.
Under hand sales technique
Offered a review of services in October 2024 to reduce costs for us - sold the usual sales speal with emails guaranteeing huge savings and then when we signed up to a new contract was hit with a number of 'extras' which took our monthly cost back up to same original cost - complete lack of accountability and poor customer service - would definitely not recommend

Sirus have always been an excellent telecoms partner to JD Yachts Limited and have gone over and beyond to provide the very best service even out of hours ! Would thoroughly recommend them to any business
Sirus are absolute charlatans
Sirus are absolute charlatans. Having been with them for 4 years and been voicing concerns about broadband speeds and IPT service quality they moved me into a ridiculously expensive 5 year contract with seperate phone leasing agreement with Grenke (also for 5 years). The combined package ended up costing more than twice what I was paying previously (despite promising I would pay less!). All in my bills rose to £250 per month which for a 1 man band was far too much. Despite trying to trim the service back and lose the IPT service they've refused and keep waiving the contract that they gained signatures off me on under false pretences. Horrible people, horrible service. Do not use them ever!

DONT BUY THIS STUFF - THEY HOODWINK YOU into long contracts, hideous annual increases, horrific phone bills and their contracts are tight - save your hard earnt money and dont buy this contract or company - horrendous
As you can see below they ‘pride’ themselves on customer service because they hound you mercilessly with misleading contracts t and cs where page 52 has another ratchet clause and for my husband (who has the contract) to get out will cost him £17k that’s because they without making it clear signed him into another 5 year contract. No we don’t run a huge organisation !! This is for 2 old phones and broadband - don’t need the phones and bt charges £42! We pay nearly £300 - pcm very painful every month

One Star – Avoid Sirus Telecom at All Costs
My experience with Sirus Telecom has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, I was pressured by a pushy sales rep into signing a long-term contract with the promise of "locked-in low rates." What they don't tell you is that those rates skyrocket after a few months, and you're stuck in a contract that’s nearly impossible to get out of without paying massive early termination fees.
The charges keep increasing with no clear explanation. Every bill seems to come with new fees and surcharges that weren’t part of the original agreement. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach, and when you do get through, they’re more interested in upselling or extending your contract than resolving the issue.
Sirus Telecom locks you in with multi-year commitments while providing a service that doesn't reflect the cost. I regret ever signing up. If you're considering Sirus, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The long contracts, hidden fees, and never-ending bills simply aren’t worth it.

I really cannot stress enough about NOT using this company, you may see some reviews that are OK but I am sure in 6 months they will be eating their words.
The costs that your sold are NOT the costs you will get, the sales guy Rob, at even a hint of a problem, becomes tone deaf and can't seem to use his hands to answer the phone...
You are sold 'robust phones' yet when one breaks you are asked to tie into a further 7 year contract for them to renew it, so currently we only have one handset working as I would rather do that than sign for one more second with these people
We picked these sharks as they were a local company to us and in my craziness I thought I was doing the right thing.... Clearly not!
The telephone costs now are ridiculous for 1 line into a small business, as an example, £139 to them and £80 odd quid to GRENKE, this is BY FAR way way over anything BT would charge you!!! Then you get a yearly fee also just as a brucie bonus...
I have spoken to people there who have promised to look into things but never do I get a response or a call back...
Seriously shocking and if you sign with them be sure to come back and re-read what I have warned you of!!!

Do not sign anything this company gives you. I wish I had read some of the reviews before I allowed them to come in and see me.
They do not disclose the full price and make out they are offering you a good deal, which is twice as much as I was paying. The sales man led me to believe the full price he was quoting included everything. However, it did not even include the broadband and there seem to be many other charges.
Then he pulled out finance documents which needed signing, not pointing out any of the extra costs or that this would cost thousands of pounds more than if we just bought the phones. This was not part of the cost he said would be the monthly cost. On top of that they extend the contract which is makes you wave your rights as a small business.
All in all how they treat small businesses and customers deceitful. They do not talk to you reasonably and I would avoid at all costs.
I have been so distressed about how they have coned our company it has affected my sleep and ability to function.
Please do not sign anything they give you or let them come and see you.
