As a Sirus customer for over 5 years now I can say it’s always been a pleasure.
Nothing has been too much of a problem, from sales to installation to customer services.
I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Sirus, on my second upgrade now and it has been just as hassle-free as the first.

Don't be taken in by lying salesmen!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Sirus Telecoms has been frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others.
Most concerning is their billing practice. Charges for services I never requested or agreed to were regularly added to my bill. When I contacted customer service, I received vague, unhelpful responses and no real resolution. It feels like they’re hoping customers won’t notice or will just give up trying to dispute the charges. They refuse to remove the added (not requested) charges without paying termination costs.
To make matters worse, the salesperson who signed me up outright lied about the plan details. What was promised during the sign-up process—pricing, data allowances, and contract terms—was completely different from what I actually received. When I tried to raise the issue, I was given the runaround.
Sirus Telecoms appears to lack transparency, accountability, and even basic respect for their customers. I’ve since switched providers, and the contrast in service and honesty is stark. My bill is now 80% lower now from when I was with Sirus for the same number of phones and free calls.
I strongly advise others to be cautious and read every detail of your agreement—if you still choose to go with them. Look at Google reviews as well!
WARNING
If you are considering using or signing into a contract with this company please don't.
They are the biggest scammers going.
I work for a company that was conned by these guys a few years ago and our company is still paying the price for it.

Misleading sales & quotes
Would advise everyone to avoid this company, they have a very misleading sales approach and additional extras charges which are perceived to be included, now being charged twice as much as previous operator.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Sales Practices and Poor Customer Service
I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sirus Telecom. Initially, I was misled into signing a long-term contract under unclear terms. Recently, I was pressured into signing a new agreement, only to find out it involved a separate leasing company (Grenke), which was not made clear at the time.
When I raised concerns and tried to cancel the agreements, I was met with vague responses, no clear resolution, and even threats of additional charges for "liquidated damages." Customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, an email address provided for their customer services was non-functional, adding to my frustration. Despite my efforts to resolve this amicably, I’ve been left feeling ignored and unsupported.
I strongly urge anyone considering Sirus Telecom to think twice and carefully scrutinize any agreement they are asked to sign. Their lack of transparency and poor communication have been extremely disappointing.

Extra charges soon mount up
They charged me extra for calling UK mobile networks. It has been going on for the best part of a year. Queried it they said they made a mistake and credited me a very small amount back, but they still charge extra every month for calling UK mobile networks. It's not right.
Cannot wait for my contract with them to finish.

Brilliant company to deal with
We have been using Sirus for some 8/9 years now. They handled our relocation with the type of professionalism rarely seen in companies these days, installing data, CCTV and new telephone system. For us as a company, the most important part of any company is their customer service. They answer every call quickly are very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable and have sorted any issues very quickly. One of our cameras recently became inoperable, we contacted the company and the next day Jordan from the technical support team arrived and fixed the issue and somehow got the camera up and running again very quickly.

Totally unprofessional
One of your sales guys visited us and spoke to another director at our company promising huge discounts. Naturally we googled the company reviews and when he followed up, I advised we would not be using their services due to the bad reviews. He called back and tried to speak with another director, then emailed him too trying to undermine my decision! Simply solidifies the reviews here of this company.
AVOID
Not at all happy and will not renew contract when it ends. They have a very underhand way of adding many extras which are unwanted, which add up to hundreds extra. We were promised this new contract would be a cheaper option than current one, it is far from cheaper and now we are stuck with them. AVOID
