Caution is advised for consideration. We had purchased 2 Sixthreezero e-bikes 3 years ago, and we have had many costly replacements. We have concluded the cheapest products were initially installed with these bikes and some of the most expensive batteries replacements are required.
Brake calipers, brakes and brake line cables all replaced with much better. Tires and tubes cheap garbage. Carrier rack and kick stand replaced.
We even hade to upgrade all the spokes to a thicker gage because the spokes kept breaking. These spoke replacements were especially expensive upgrades.
We do have 5K miles on each of our Six Three Zero Bikes, but the upgrades were early on before we upgraded with much better replacement products. We basically purchased a frame and motors. The batteries are the last straw for us. The bikes were originally delivered with one battery each, we have gone through three more batteries which were once $350.00 and are now we are finding $500.00 each.
They do not even recycle or refurbish the batteries. So, $500 each for more. Now we have found they do not even have battery replacements at this time, and can not say when more will be available. We are now researching changing these battery packs to an alternative too!!!
I had a very positive customer service experience with Cora.
Bought two bikes and we love them. We had a problem with one of the bikes when assembling it. We contacted Sixthreezero customer service and after two weeks of troubleshooting and pictures, it was determined by Sixthreezero the frame was bent. Sixthreezero sent a replacement immediately. The replacement bike assembled without any issue. During this process, the representatives were very courteous and helpful as they explained why the troubleshooting was taking two weeks. We will definitely buy from Sixthreezero for our next bikes.
I've had my e-bike for about 9 months. I love it! There is a connecting trail directing behind where I live to the main trails along the Mission Reach of the San Antonio River. The trail system here is fantastic! You can go for miles and miles on the extensive trail systems. The trails pass by all four of the missions along the river. They are all World Heritage Sites built in the 1700s. Riding along the river trails gives you the feeling of truly being in nature. I have seen wild turkeys, fox, rabbits, turtles, and many water birds. The wild flowers and flowering trees this spring were such a joy to ride by. I am so glad I got my e-bike!
Just a follow up from my initial feedback. Anne from sixthreezero helped me with a replace bike due to a bent frame. Possibly from shipping. I bought two bikes to replace our mountain bike and gravel bikes. Our first trip (today) is in Durango and the bikes are fantastic. Best buy in a long time. A huge shoutout to Anne! You’re the best and I hope your boss recognizes you! Thank you!
I was trying to find my first Electric Bike to buy. I love to ride a bike, but I physically had not been able to for at least two years. Due to 2 back surgeries and then a hip replacement. It was hard for me to realize what kind of EBike I would be able to ride. I finally chose one, but I fell trying to ride it. One of the reasons I went with SIXTHREEZERO, was due to their return policy. After getting great customer service from Cora(a team member), I was able to return my bike and choose one that I thought would be better for me. It wasn’t. I hated to have to return again, but I couldn’t ride it. Once again, the customer service that I received was amazing. I felt like they understood my situation and they went above and beyond to help me get the right bike for me. I didn’t think that business’s, who truly care about their customers, existed anymore. I have always believed that genuine customer service is so important. However, I haven’t seen it much anymore. So the experience that I have had with SIXTHREEZERO, is SO RARE and I am still amazed at how much they made me feel important and took care of me. They have set their standards high for their customers.
I was very careful to select a good team to do business with. I settled on sixthreezero after reading reviews, and found them to be quick at responding to my questions, and fitting me to a very appealing e. trike. Rizelle is always so kind and helpful with whatever concerns I have. The team is very fair in their dealings, and very honest.
When my East Transit trike arrived, it was easy to put together, using their videos. I did have a lot of questions about using the gears, pedal assist and the throttle, and Emil was so patient and very explanatory, no matter how many times I emailed him with more questions. I do wish the trike came with a booklet to explain everything. Instead, I printed out Emil’s instructions to keep with my trike. That works.

This is a great company. The customer service is amazing and the bike seat I bought is the best ever . It is so big and soft no sore bum from riding. When the time comes to get a new seat this is where I’m shopping.
We've had our 500W EVRYjourney Women's eBike for over a year now. I absolutely love it. I attached a cheap seat from Amazon to mount on the back for my 7 year old (which is not officially supported by the company) but we have had an incredible summer zipping around the neighborhood and I decorated the bike for halloween it was a huge hit. Also our city introduced new Ebike regulations so I had to have the company custom print me a sticker stating the bike specifications which they happily did. I have seen some others complain about customer service but I honestly have never had any problems.
Anne was a great help. I can't say enough about customer service. and as always, the bike went together easily and is a great ride. This was the fourth Sixthreezero bike I've purchased over the past several years so that should tell you something.
The people at sixthreezero made the experience of buying my trike bike a very pleasant experience. They have a great product and a great group of people working for them.
Purchased what was advertised as a new replacement battery for our e-bike. Was sent a used battery. Customer service said this verbatim "We do pull batteries from low/no mileage returns or sometimes model samples that we have brought to our offices for photos and test riding". So they might give you a used battery with no disclosure. Not sure this is even legal. Really unfortunate and somewhat ruins the brand image immediately for me - after we'd already spent around $4k for a new bike, then another $800 for a spare battery.

We bought a foldable E-trike for my husband about a year ago. It is a very stable reliable vehicle and the battery life is excellent. A little issue with the axle after a few months, and they sent us a new one with no problems and paid for the repair. After a recent accident, needed parts and they coordinated that with me nicely. Cora was the representative I spoke with. She was polite, personable, and knowledgeable about the product I am interested in: the EZ Transit 750w Folding Electric Trike. I had many questions, and she patiently responded to each one. Her answers were detailed and clear.
I received my journey deluxe e-bike cruiser. It is beautiful and comfortable to ride. I decided to go to the San Clemente office to test ride another identical bike. Peter was very helpful. I wanted to see if the power assist was the same and it was. It was too powerful for me on level 1. I prefer having more range of power on the pedal assist adjustments. Emil from support was able to help me with that. I’m a very recreational rider, so comfort and safety are most important to me. This bike handles well especially on hills. I would recommend this bike.

My daughter purchased the EveryJourney bike for me as a Mother’s Day gift. I am 71 years old and have ridden a bike for most of my life. When the bike was delivered I told my husband that I would take it to the local bike shop to have it assembled. Of course, he insisted he could do it. He did put the bike together but I still had to take it to the shop. PLEASE don’t try assembling the bike at home. It took awhile for me to get used to the wide handle bars but then I realized how I can pull up on them to push myself forward. I’ve ridden it everyday for the past few weeks now and have fallen in love with it. I recommend this bike so much for anyone who wants a smooth, relaxing ride. It is not only a sturdy bike, it is my beautiful yellow bike with whitewalls!

I love riding my "Around the Block" 21-speed cruiser. Every day, I look forward to leaving the office and going home to ride my sixthreezero bike. It's incredibly comfortable and easy to ride, whether I'm coming down a slight grade or tackling the most challenging hills, this bike will do it with ease due to its low gears and lightweight frame. When I received my bike in its well-packaged shipping box, I took my pre-assembled bike out of the box and was able to put it together in about 30 minutes. It was not difficult to assemble at all with the simple hand tools that are included. After skimming through the manual and watching the assembly video on YouTube, I assembled it. Easy peasy, and sixthreezero has excellent customer service/support anytime it's needed. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and fast men's cruiser at an affordable price, your search has ended. This is the bike you want.
