I have had my sixthreezero e-bike for a few months now. While I absolutely love its aesthetically pleasing design, there are a few issues I wish I had not encountered.
First, although the brakes were advertised as pre-tuned, mine have been squealing consistently. According to a local bike shop, they may already need new brake pads—even though the bike is less than six months old.
Second, the rear inner tube has been a recurring problem. It had to be patched three times before I finally had to replace it entirely. This makes me question the quality of the original inner tube. For comparison, my husband's Aventon e-bike, which arrived at the same time, has not had a single flat tire.
Overall, while the bike is beautiful and enjoyable to ride, I expected better component quality given the price point.
Extremely happy with my men's every journey bicycle! Going on 6 years now. I went with the three-speed, lighter aluminum model and I'm loving it! I've only had to use my forever warranty once and 630 was very responsive in helping me out. Very prompt service getting me up and running again quickly. I'm 73 and this bike is exactly what I needed. A joy to ride and would definitely recommend it.

I can't get anyone from this company to respond to me. I ordered a bike on May 26, 2025. I received a receipt by email. A week later I had not received any updates about shipping so I sent an email to support and got an auto generated response. No one contacted me ever. I sent another email a week later. No response. I tried calling and was told my wait would be 4 minutes, 20 minutes later I hung up. I then email support asking for a refund. Three days later I still have never received an email, text or phone call from anyone at sixthreezero. If I didn't see these bikes being sold on Amazon, I would think their whole operation is a scam. My next step is to try to get my money back from Visa,

I bought the sixthreezero EVRYjourney Women's eBike as a retirement present for myself last year and have not regretted it one bit. I just enjoy riding down the Eastern Trail which is near where I live. When I tire out, I kick on the electric setting and cruise! The bike is so comfortable to ride, easy to maneuver.. The seat is very nice.
Assembling it was no problem…in fact, my 12-year-old grandson did most of it with an inspection and tweaking by his dad! I am looking forward to many rides this season!!!
They sent different parts than advertised, Wrong instructions, worse parts than advertised with no support for the changes they had made. It was a negative experience all around. Support and returns service was poor. I would not buy from them ever again.
This is my second bike from Sixthreezero, and I love the company! The e-bike has been great because it has the comfort of a cruiser, is very stylish, and battery lasts well for the recreational rides I like to go on. It is extremely heavy (most e-bikes are), so you have to figure out what kind of mount you will need if you want to take it out. I have mostly used it in my hilly neighborhood and it helps make my ride enjoyable rather than an intense workout. I definitely recommend!
I am at my wit’s end with this company. I had issues with my bike once assembled, I contacted the mechanics, but then everything went silent. I contacted the team and was told the mechanic went on leave. The next rep was able to get me the parts and told me to have it finished at a bike shop and that they’d reimburse me. I got the bike back only for it to not even turn on. I never thought to try the battery or display. I thought it would, ya know…function. Sent another email about that, took a week to hear back, I responded to their next email within hours and no response. I tried to call and got the voicemail. I haven’t even tried to get reimbursed for the bike shop.
Likely my only option is to do a chargeback. I don’t want to do that because I will still be left with a bike that doesn’t work. This will be my first time ever doing a chargeback. I know a bit about what it’s like to be a customer service rep of a dysfunctional company so I’ve been polite and gracious and thankful to those I’ve talked to. I am an awkward millennial not a Karen so this type of review is unusual for me. At this point even if they figure out what’s wrong and send me a part it will probably be well into July by the time I get it. I ordered the bike March 31 and have never even sat on it.
EDIT. Although Peter kindly offered to assist, no one at the company ever responded to me when I reached asking to be connected to him. I had to tear the whole battery area apart and found a broken/disconnected wire (on a brand new bike). We were able to patch it up but it shuts off constantly during use. I also had to buy a new controller. I’m really disappointed.

There was a delay in receiving the bicycle into the port in California. Marry was so kind and gracious in answering all my frequent messages. The Bike I ordered was intended to be a surprise gift for my wife of 40 years! I was upset that my plan for the surprise was going to fall apart! Marry would update me in a manner that made me feel she cared and was as reassuring as she could possibly be . I received the bicycle today and in plenty of time !! Marry really did a great job!! Thank you !!
I had contacted sixthreezero thru on line chat first and let them know I needed the brackets that hook to the rear wheels that hold the battery pack. That was May 19, so now its been 3 weeks and they havnt even shipped out yet. I do have wire ties on it to hold it up but think the part shouldnt take that long to ship out, They say they are behind. On June 11, I did receive my brackets but they sent me the wrong one's for the right side of the bike. So here I am still waiting on my parts.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control - we were unable to keep the bicycle.
That said, I wanted to write a review to let people know about the wonderful customer service in returning our bicycle.
We dealt with Cora and she helped a lot.
I couldn't be more please with the outstanding service and delivery of my trike and bike. The communication between me, my son and customer service, specifically, Marry, is second to none. This company, SIXTHREEZERO, will go to any length to insure satisfaction. The team of mechanics, management and customer service work closely to delivery their products. That's what makes this company a leader in their industry. Look no further for your trike or bike!

I purchased the EVRYjourney Women's 26" 500W 7 Speed Electric Hybrid Bicycle back in December 2024 for my wife. She absolutely loves riding it. Recently, she started having issues where if she used the thumb-trigger to accelerate, the controller would lose all the settings. She had to power off/on the bike to restore the settings. I reached out to sixthreezero via phone to discuss the issue with the e-bike. Marry, in customer support, was very helpful. Once she understood my issue, she was going to send it to the tech so they could review and come up with a solution. Marry sent frequent emails keeping me updated on the status of the repair. The end result was I needed a new controller. They quickly sent a new one, Marry sent an email with a link to the installation guide, and we were on our way. It took less than 10 minutes to install the new controller. I can't say enough about sixthreezero's customer service.
The owner of the company is a wonderful and helpful. The support staff is terrible. We have called and emailed multiple times about our refund. They were quick to charge us of course but to refund they are not. We talk to agents and they say they will get back to us by the end of the business day. We have sent emails and no one responds. The phone message says to contact by email too and no one responds.
The company is very responsive to any requests and quick to resolve problems. I was sent two trikes of the wrong model. I notified customer support and the correct trikes were sent the next day. The trikes sent in error were picked up at the time of delivery. Good customer support.
Marry was quick to respond and helped me answer my question!
