The service provided was poor however Jade was very supportive and keen to seek resolution to the delayed delivery - thanks Jade keep up the good customer focus!

HOLT 14" by 7" wooden shed 

I sumitted my order/requirements for the shed on Wednesday 31st Jan with the shed being delivered on the Monday 5th Feb. On unpacking I noticed that there was some damage to the bottom of one panel so emailed Sheds.co with a picture of the damage.

Jade promptly got back to me within the hour of my sending that email.

Tuesday 6th Feb the replacement panel arrived :)

Great service from the ordering/delivery of the shed and fantastic customer service by Jade.

Friday is construction day but having someone local do that for me. Solely to save my thumbs and a lot of cursing !

100%great we had no problems sorting our furniture out they got back to us next day will use again

Purchased a 93litre IceQ beer/wine cooler for £179.99 end October 2022 and by October 2023 both the compressor and gas had stopped working, coincidentally at the end of one years warranty. Paid for a refrigeration engineer and he said it wasn’t fit for purpose. Emailed Sixty Stores on numerous occasions and they will not replace or even repair so going through consumer ombudsman with my complaint - very dissatisfied customer

I purchased the Holt 8x6 pent shed which leaks so badly but Sixty sheds refuse to engage in finding a solution, blaming me for not painting the INSIDE of the shed

I spoke to a lady name Jade who was very good in sending me some information with regard to Sheds Metal and Wood. I am still looking due to the size I require and were it is to go in my garden.

Emailed Jade in after sales care with regard to a query. She was very quick and efficient in solving my query and I was very appreciative .

Jade was extremely helpful and supportive in my request. In addition to her pleasant manner her communications were precise and informative. Top marks to her.

DO NOT BUY from this absolutely appalling company. They DO NOT deliver as promised. They DO NOT answer the phone or return your calls when you do manage to get through. The only reason after SIX MONTHS I managed to obtain a half refund for a missing outdoor table was because I put in a claim with credit card company.

Easy to order. Delivery company great.Fast delivery time also. Gave time and date plus updates. Arrived when stated. Delivery driver very helpful/polite.( 5 stars to him) shed excellent quality and great price in sales. Definitely recommend.

I ordered something mid September for £289 . I cancelled this straight away and they confirmed cancellation. But I’ve had no refund over a month after. I got an email saying they are busy. Was told they would refund in 3-5 working days … still no refund , had to get PayPal involved. There isn’t even a phone number to contact them!

I have ordered from here. They have taken my money and no parcel has been received. I contacted the supplier and they have no record of an order. No number to call to discuss a refund. Disgusting way to treat customers. My order number is 82625.
