Leaking summerhouse. Poor quality. Terrible service. Ordered the summerhouse from them and had it installed by Sixty installers. We followed all the care advice they gave to protect it. It started leaking. It is now covered with mould inside. We asked for them to put right. After weeks of buck passing between Sixty and the manufacturer they agreed to send the installers back. That was 3 months ago. Despite chasing many times no one has contacted us or come out. In that time mould has spread all over the inside walls. The house is for our kids to play in. How can we possibly use it when it’s damp and mouldy. A massive, frustrating disappointment for us and the kids.

I ordered a sweet tree as a gift. The recipient was delighted with it. However I was concerned that it hadn’t arrived by the time I had expected and so contacted the company to check its whereabouts. Jade responded to my email immediately and set about locating it. However, the item was delivered a few hours later. Meanwhile I was grateful to Jade for acting so quickly

I had to make an amendment to my order which was handled by Jade. I didn't feel as though this was any inconvenience and it was handled without issue.
The delivery team call to notify you of the date of delivery, which they've stuck to.
I have, however, cancelled an order with Sheds.co.uk and the refund takes a long time to come back (it is processed within 14 days from cancellation and then, once processed, it reaches your account within 3-5 working days).
I would definitely order from Sheds.co.uk again.

I have used them once and will never use them again.
I ordered a shed with paint and other bits and have paid by credit card. When I had the delivery the shed wasn't in the condition you expect as some parts were broken and wet. I contacted they customer service department and arrange a collection for the goods. The collection has taken place but I am still waiting for the full refund. It's been almost 3 weeks since. Appalling service!

Had some storm damage and lost a window from the shed. Contacted to ask for a replacement and Jade dealt with it promptly sending a replacement free of charge.

I asked if the width of the double doors could be increased.

Whether missed or ignored, the question was not answered. I was merely sent a list of sheds with double doors!

This was of no use
what-so-ever as l had already made my choice!

I got no confirmation of my order and heard nothing afterwards. It arrived fairly quickly though. Its is a night light for children. It is smaller than expected and not good quality, certainly not worth £5 never mind the £20+ I paid for it would not recommend. Items this company sells are sold by other companies so shop around. Avoid sixtystores.

Ordered shed, booked in Delivery slot. Arrived as arranged, offloaded efficiently.

On completion 4 windows were missing, called aftersales and spoke with Jade, explained process and followed up with email, within hours she notified replacement windows on the way. Dealt with it brilliantly.
