Ordering my garden suite was so easy.delivery was quick .and they kept me informed about delivery all the time . but for me the best thing about this company was the customer service, for me better than the big company's around. Ihat to get InTouch about a problem with my order after it arrived.the first person l spoke to was very helpful. and said he would send the information to a colleague he would be in touch a bit later. within a hour he got InTouch,and was extremely helpful. and sorted everything there and then. I think this guy jade deserves a pat on the back.

Great customer service team…
The customer service team responded effectively to the questions I raised before the purchase. Delivery was very quick. I only gave 4 stars because the bolts were missing but Jade arranged for them to be sent out to us and we received them quickly. The table and chairs seem good. Given the poor weather we haven’t yet used them.

Shody delivery service. Unreliable. Avoid!!
Started all so well, turned into a hopeless experience. False updates about delivery date/times, was told the delivery driver attended but could not deliver as there was no-one in which was untrue. I followed up directly with the delivery company only to discover the shed did not leave the site due to "loading error". 0 co-ordination between retailer, manufacturer and delivery company. A great pity

Quick, Efficient Replacement for a Faulty Item
I bought 2 personalised nightlights as Christmas presents.
The grandsons love them, but the cable input on 1 of the bases became faulty.
I raised the issue with Sixty and Jade in Customer Services came back the same day. She was very helpful & confirmed she was sending out a replacement base which arrived 2 days later! Very pleased indeed with the service - and friendly Jade.

I Companion Seat cover
I got the company off the interweb and the prices seemed extremely competitive and because of this we ordered the cover for our new companion seat. The information provided was good and the ordering process was simple. As I was getting a little concerned that I had not received a firm delivery after a few days, I contacted the company and Jade, the Customer Services Executive came back to me within a couple of hours with a firm despatch date (thanks Jade). The cover was delivered and the quality is superb and just as described. I would consider using this company again for this type of product

Still waiting for refund!
Ordered a shed, got delivery date. It didn't arrive on said day, and got a message middle of the afternoon to say it wouldn't be delivered. It was needed immediately, so contacted them and asked to cancel the order. This they did, and we are still waiting for refund over a month later!

We've had 3 sheds through this company now. All good so far. The latest one I hadn't received a delivery date so had to email but got a fast response from Jade with a delivery date in a couple of days so I would definitely use them again. Good choice and prices as well.

AVOID, this company and their sub contracted installation service!
The company and their sub contracted installation company were a nightmare and should be avoided.
We paid alomost £1800 for a shed. Told to choose a date for "delivery and installation". We chose a date and on the day the delivery was cancelled due to "overloading of their lorry" - what proferssional company makes that mistake. It was delivered 7 days late. The installation company then contacted me to say the installation would take place 29 days later "when we are in your area"! We had no other choice but to wait. There was also the need to jump through hoops that the base was level and clear by 2.5 feet all around it and send photographs that it was level!
The day before the installation (27 days later) as I had not been updated, I contacted them to check and them to check their arrival time - they cancelled the job saying another job had over run but the next time they were "back in my area" they would let me know.
I contacted Shed.UK Customer Service and complained, requesting a return and that I wanted make a Formal Complaint. I said they should come and collect their shed as they had not met their obligation to deliver and fit in a "reasonable time" (Consumer Act 2018) and refund us. I did seem to get a helpful CS adviser in "Jade" and that afternoon recieved a text from the installation company saying it would be fitted the next day. (They must have been in my area - not).
Credit where credit is due, the weather was awful when they arrived and within a few hours it was completed, But I guess leaving the left over rubbish behind is normal practise.
Overall, it was anything but a smooth or easy experience, DO NOT BE FOOLED by a fancy website but thank you Jade for making the effort to sort it out.

Very disappointed with log cabin.
Very disappointed with cabin through sheds.co.uk. Poor quality Shires cabin with numerous knot holes. 8 week wait for installation. Had to liaise with 6 different companies to order, deliver and install.

Nasty piece of work
Simple review AVOID this company.
Our experience changed as soon as we paid Sixty Stores / Sheds.co.uk. The sales guy didn’t even bother returning our calls.
Their installer proudly boasted he frequently walked off jobs. He was the rudest, most obnoxious trades person we have ever encountered. This led to poor workmanship.
When we complained to Head of Operations at Sixty Stores / Sheds.co.uk who dealt with customer services, although we were told she didn’t make phone calls, via email she claimed it was a good build but that they needed to rectify the wrinkled roofing and uneven doors.
We were given no choice but to have the same installers back.
I contacted the cabin manufacturer and roofing provider directly for advice. They were sympathetic and advised it was a poor build. But Sixty Stores / (Sheds.co.uk) obviously put a ‘gagging order’ on them and they offered us little assistance when further approached.
It took the installation team over an hour to sort the doors and we have a hilarious video of one of the installation staff doing snow angels on the roof to try to smooth out the wrinkles. Alas he made it worse.
Despite being based in Stratford upon Avon, the language, tone, grammar and spelling from Head of Operations correspondence would make Shakespeare turn in his grave. As mentioned earlier, she couldn’t pick up the phone to discuss our complaints as it wasn’t their procedure. What a way for a Head of Operations to operate?
Fast response
I made an error on my delivery address when submitting my order, so contacted Sixty via their website. Jade responded within minutes and made the correction to the address for me. Super efficient.

The shed was poor quality and bits were broken. Other bits such as roof felt nails were totally inadequate. The security light was useless - they did refund for this when we complained. The shed was treated as per the instructions - thought it seems they expected you to do inside the shed too - never heard of this before and it was not clear at all in their instructions. Totally indifferent when I complained saying it should have been done in 2 weeks. The shed did not go mouldy inside until after that time. No apologies or offer of recompense - just blamed us for the problems. Which included badly fitting poor quality parts and the item not being fully fit for purpose - buyer beware!

I was quite disappointed to order something and be told later that it was not available anymore due to suppliers no longer producing the product. The refund seemed to be quite long in sorting out but thankfully it was resolved eventually by Jade.
