Parasol Purchase
Absolutely fantastic company to purchase your items from. Excellent customer service provided to me by Jade, would highly recommend buying from this company. The quality of the parasol I purchased, was much better than I expected. Would most definitely buy again.

Ordered my third shed from Sheds.co.uk…
Ordered my third shed from Sheds.co.uk (a trading name of Sixty Stores) as the previous two had been delivered promptly, were easy to construct, and seemed good value for money.
The third shed ordered recently was delivered on time but missing a key section so I can’t build it. When I called they were helpful and said a replacement would be ordered. However, since then no further communication. No response to emails, phone line unanswered. I have had to resort to a credit card charge back to recover my money.
Very disappointed given I had previously been very happy with their stuff. All I want is the missing part so I can complete the shed.
Cannot recommend this company.
UPDATE (19 Jun). Following my review here I was contacted by Sheds.co.uk who have now delivered a replacement for the missing part and the shed is complete albeit that it has taken a further three weeks to resolve.
I'm torn on a recommendation because the product is good but it was let down by slow customer support.

Spent £1200 on Rattan garden furniture. After nearly 3 years and remember just how few times you actually get to use it due to British summer weather and the fact that it is stored inside during the winter we are in our sixtys have no young children jumping over it. Emailed customer service a few times no response, did get a response after I sent a sarcastic email just letting me know in a 1 line response YOU ARE OUT OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. Have emailed several times after but of course no response. The furniture itself is poor quality it's just a company that just takes your money and runs be warned.You asked for more information about the problem with my furniture I did send images through your website all of the rattan weaving has broken all along the top of the chairs
Thanks for responding rattan is usually very hard wearing but if you look at the images I sent you via your website complaints page you can see that it has split all along the top of the chairs looks absolutely terrible. Your complaints department sent a 1 line response no apologies or a way to resolve the problem.

Absolutely disgusting
Order was for a gas flue ordered by K-Mec Ltd! Absolutely disgusting! Before I ordered I checked with them that the product was in stock and would be delivered 1-3 days. I was told that it would be dispatched on Thursday on 14th May for delivery 1-3 days, I went ahead with the order! Nothing delivered and every week been promised it would be dispatched on the 'Thursday'! It's now 3rd June, the item was urgent! Told today that it was dispatched on Friday!! I won't hold my breath! Had to order it from Amazon instead! which I hate doing!!!! Very very cross!

Smashed Table - Avoid
Very disappointed with the after sales service. My mother spent £450 pounds on her hard earned money in which she saved for a nice rattan furniture set. It was delivered on the 14th of February ready for the summer by a lone delivery driver. It has been sat in her conservatory in the box whilst she waited for her patio to be finished. When I went over to help her unbox it and set it up yesterday the glass table was completely smashed inside. After sending photographs Sixty Stores more or less said its tough as it's out of stock and to I quote "My only suggestion is for you to source replacement glass from a local DIY store." Absolutely disgusting. Will not be ordering from here again, and my mother is very upset and now out of pocket.

company is a bit hard to get hold off, but once i sent an email, Jade replied and was very good in resolving my enquiry quickly and efficiently.
Excellent Service
Unfortunately there had been a computer error with my order and although the details showed correctly on my account, they hadn't been forwarded to the supplier correctly. I was disappointed as I thought I wouldn't have the item for my wife's birthday but Jade in customer services was excellent. She put me at ease and explained the problem, how it was entirely a system fault and quickly got a replacement to me that was perfect. Great item and great service. Many thanks

Great Company with wonderful staff.
I have had a shed from this company last year and had such a great experience with them, that when I had the need for another one this year, I didn’t hesitate in going back to them.
The delivery has not arrived in the stated time, so I contacted them via email, and had a response from Jade, who has been absolutely fantastic and has sorted things out in a short time. Jade is very polite and has been a great help in sorting out the problem. In a score out of 10, I would give her a minimum of 15. Wonderful work Jade, you have made me a very happy customer.

SIXTY STORES LTD.We ordered 2 items of Willington garden…
We ordered 2 items of Willington garden furniture midday 7th May online and were expecting a 14 day wait, despite the lead time quoted on the website. We were surprised to receive an email advising delivery 9-10th May. The goods arrived by midday Friday 10th. They were well packed (but quite heavy for a couple of oap's) the Willington 1.5m bench was fine, lovely finish, nice wood and looked great when assembled in the garden but one piece of the Willington Companion set was damaged. Phoned Customer Services, spoke to Jade who advised if we could upload pics of the damage on the online form, she would contact the Manufacturers. Easier said than done for a non-techy oap! Back on the phone to Jade, who gave me an email address to send pic and details of damage. After taking me ages, I managed but as by now time was getting on, Jade e-mailed me to say she'd e-mailed the manufacturer but doubted she would get a response from them until Monday, when she'd get back to us. True to her word she advised us Monday that we would get a replacement for the damaged part, direct from the supplier if we told her the number of the damaged part on the instruction sheet she'd attached to her emails. My reply duly completed, how surprised was I to get a knock on the door about 8.15am on Wednesday 15th May, to be handed a box containing our replacement side panel? Easy to understand assembly instructions were included in both items, the only criticism from my husband was that the alunkeys included with both items could be stronger (luckily he had a stronger set of varying sizes in his toolbox). Yes, one part of one set was damaged (these things happen in this day and age), but it was dealt with speedily, and we were kept informed at all times. It was very easy to order on the website, brilliant speedy delivery from Sixty, courier, supplier and very helpful, knowledgable Customer Service staff (thanks Jade). The BIG plus point for me was WE COULD TALK TO HUMANS ON THE PHONE WHEN/IF REQUIRED. No chatbots on this website. We definitely recommend this Company.

A Terrible Company selling Awful Products
We bought a pent shed from Sheds.co.uk who owned and operated by Sixty Stores. After paying we received communication from a third named company called Woodlands Home and Garden Group who manufactured the shed.
In short the delivery process was appalling and onerous for the purchaser. Complaining to sixty was met with rude and immature behaviour - Their customer service is non-existent.
The shed was poorly made with cheap materials. No care had been afforded whilst screwing in the hinges for example - we had to re-hang one of the shed doors. Unforgivably the shed was damaged at the corners (we have pictures). The roof was not square and also needed repositioning to fit.
Believing that we were dealing with a reputable and reasonable company we asked for compensation still willing to keep the shed that was in our garden. Sixty's reply was that they would give us a couple of planks of wood which we could fit to the damaged shed.
Knowing all if this why would any deal with Sixty or its agents again. We wish that we had never heard of them.
Speedy personalised goods delivered in less than 24 hours
I contacted Jade about needing a bulk rush order of personalised lamps to arrive in time for an event a few working days later. She was very fast to respond to all my emails and told me as long as I got the order in by 1pm on Wednesday and choose next day delivery they would have enough time to do the order and send it to me. Takes 3 days to do the order according to the website. I placed the order at noon and less than 24 hours later the personalised lamps were in my hand and delivered. They're awesome. Jade's awesome too.

cracked wood on garden bench
i ordered a chunky garden bench, the seat and back had large open cracks in the wood, i phoned the company they said it was normal, but, this is a garden bench, and it rains a lot in cornwall, the water getting into the cracks will rot the wood. they said the cracks would close, absolute rubbish, they have not closed, we now have to use filler. really upset with their PR. cornish pensioner.
Poor product, poor customer service.
Ordered a rattan furniture set back on 31st January 2023 with a glass topped table. With it being winter I safely stored it in my garage for spring. When I opened it the glass top was smashed in the packaging. I showed the clear evidence to the after care sales team, still in the packaging broken. You only have 24 hours to show them any problems apparently otherwise its tough. So don't think you're getting any warranty or support with your product once you've bought it. Jade couldn't care less, just apologised for the inconvenience. Order elsewhere. Poor product, poor customer service.

Ordered a cover for our outside dining…
Ordered a cover for our outside dining set after a previous one we'd had from GardenFurnitureCovers.com proved to be OK. Ordered a new cover of exactly the same dimensions, but it was much smaller than the previous one, which was in fact, too big. Strange how 270cm can be interpreted differently by different manufacturers!? So, the 3-star review represents the poor representation of sizes on the website and the resulting incovenience. However, if I could give a review for Customer Service, I would give 5-stars to Jade who resolved the issue quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. She arranged a collection and refund.
Personalised Baptism Gift
Was looking for something a bit personal as I am the godfather at a baptism. I was not disappointed with my purchase. What I ordered was what I got. I was a bit worried as I left it last minute but came in good time. Emailed to confirm dispatch and delivery and got a quick response from Jade. Thank you

Shed we purchased from Sixty. Was of very, very poor quality.Doors didn't fit properly. Windows sills were to long. Loads of gaps everywhere.Roof struts far to short. As for the floor, what a load of rubbish. Felt like it would give way as soon as you stood on it. Complained and sent pictures to Sixty. All we were offered was a measly £30 as a good will gesture. To be honest that's probably £29 more than the cheap floor they sent us. I worked ot it would cost about £95 to put a safe floor down. As I feel sixty's floor is very dangerous and unsafe.i explained this to them and they didn't have decency to answer my email. I am sending picture to trading standards, as I feel they shouldn't be providing these cheap floors with the sheds. As the sheds cost quite a lot of money. If you've got any sense I would keep as far away from this company as humanly possible, because their product is useless and not fit for purpose
