I was extremely pleased with my purchase of the Bistro cover. My Bistro set was an awkward shape but the cover was large enough to completely cover the table and chairs. What added to the cover was Sixty Stores had included toggles to attach to the furniture to keep it secure, safe and waterproof. No more trying to trap the cover under the set.

Have bought from this company before. This time I purchased 3 Xmas baubles and, once again, I am very pleased with my purchase. Excellent quality and personalisation, speedy delivery, packaged well and competitively priced. I will be buying again next year

I buy a personalised Christmas bauble every year and the service has never been anything but perfect. Easy to order and personalise, quick delivery which is well packaged. Always pleased and am again this year.

Ordered a shed from them in June. Couldn’t do the delivery date they suggested and have been chasing them ever since. Come back and say they’ll deliver one week and then hear nothing more. Having to raise a dispute with the credit card company it’s outrageous.

I ordered a personalised clock for a 75th birthday present.
I (and the recipient) was delighted with the product. It was exactly as described and arrived promptly.
There was a small problem with the clock, which had to be replaced. Jade (sales and customer services) dealt with this promptly and efficiently and a replacement was sent out immediately (I was told it could possibly take 5-7 days to arrive, but it arrived the next day)
The service I received was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company.

Since writing a review on Sixty /Sheds 10th March on a garden shed with shelving Sixty requested details of my order so they could investigate it’s now 26th June and there’s been NO RESPONSE from them. Utterly disgraceful way to treat customers

We ordered a Rollinson wall/bike store but needed to arrange replacement doors for it, it was a quick and easy process getting in touch with sixtystores.co.uk and the very next day we had a reply from Jade who had arranged for replacement doors to be delivered to us. We received them within the week and are now correct. Very happy with the service for the replacements sent out to us. Thank you Jade.

I had to return the product due a sudden family bereavement. It was collected quickly which was good however no refund came. It took 2 follow up emails (one of which wasn’t responded to) and 1 telephone call to get a refund a month following return of the product.

I am yet to have the funds returned to my bank account however I have been assured this will happen in the next few days.

And Thieves!!! They owe me £470 and I’m now being ghosted!

x3emails sent over several weeks to chase up my refund for a service they didn’t deliver and NO RESPONSE at all!!!

They are THE most incompetent company I’ve ever had the displeasure of buying from! And how dare they call it ‘customer service & customer care’ on their webpage??!! They don’t know the meaning of service and care for their customers!

You should be ashamed of yourselves with the way you treat people, namely your customers!

AND Falsely advertising your services and not delivering any level of care or customer service

This was my first order with sixty stores and I have no complaints whatsoever from the start Jade kept me updated with the delivery times etc, and the website was easy to navigate with information of my order my shed had a 2 hour window and it was delivered on time thank you Mr Houldridge 👍
