I received a faulty product but Wendy contacted their supplier and a replacement is on it's way.
All sorted out within 24 hours - great!

I was looking for a little extra something to give along with a more traditional housewarming gift. In my mind I would find a little keepsake that could be personalised.
I saw this plaque with a cute saying & ordered it straight away. However, the confirmation email didn’t show the personalisation, I must have not ended the process correctly.
I emailed Sixty Stores & Wendy replied very quickly, reassuring me that they’d caught it in time. Relief !
It arrived today & I know they’ll be as happy with it as I am.

Received a personalised order but had a mark on it, not very big but was blue and ruined the look of it. I asked for a new one to be sent and they replied straight away saying they’ll send a new one (haven’t received it yet but fingers crossed this one’s okay) thank you wendy
