A great all round experience.
Really good pre and post sale comms and arrangements to pick up the new vehicle were great. A very professional but friendly company, who puts great value in excellent customer service. A special mention for Natalie who couldn't have been more helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I recently bought a Mercedes E-Class coupe from S James Prestige, and the entire experience was top-notch.
I initially spoke to Tom over the phone, who was brilliant—he arranged my finance and secured the car in just 15 minutes. On collection day, I dealt with Kim, who made me feel incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and well looked after. You can tell there is a special touch put on all of their cars, and I felt a genuine sense of trust with this dealership from the start.
To top it off, they reached out with a phone call and text message after the sale just to check in on how I was getting on.
It was a lovely, stress-free experience buying a car from them. Huge thanks to Tom, Kim, and the team at S James Prestige for the excellent customer service!

I bought my car from here few weeks ago, I was travelling down from Scotland so wasn’t familiar with the area, the staff were excellent and told me easiest way to get to dealership, friendly welcoming atmosphere, had few issues with paint work etc which I raised at my viewing, this was addressed quickly and was fixed before I drove the car away, would highly recommend and would definitely buy from these guys again.
