Purchased my Audi A7 from Tom and the team, My 3rd A7, due to the spec and presentation of the vehicle I travelled from Scotland, I wasn't in anyway disappointed, exceptional service from start to finish. Vehicle was pristine, handover was quick and attention to detail was the best ive experienced. Many fault the team or the servcie in anyway, if there were more than 5 Stars, it certainly be worthy , thankyou to the team, id certainly be back !!!

From only owning 2 cars in 29 years of being married we were nervous at the thought of buying one but the whole team made us feel comfortable and didn’t rush us. Recently purchased a BMW i4 from Michael at S James. Initially the car I was interested in reserved for another customer however Michael called me when this sale fell through.

From start to finish the buying process was seamless as was the customer service. Michael helped me to spec the upgrades on the car which look fantastic and really make the car stand out from the rest.

Dealt with Michael from start to finish, from the first contact to me driving away was seamless. The car was immaculate and the detailing services they offer are superb and well worth it. From start to finish, everything was handled to perfection. The car was prepped beautifully, detailed properly, blacked out exactly how I wanted, and the finish was flawless. The additional options and attention to detail really made the whole car feel special.

You can tell they genuinely care about the cars they sell and the customer experience they provide. Natalie made the whole buy feel professional, responsive, and nothing ever felt too much trouble.

Hi I drove down from Sheffield to purchase a lovely bmw 5 series 520i which is an amazing drive and a stunning looker. The team especially James was amazing and so helpful, by far the best Iv done business with, they was also super speedy and I was in and out in 30 minutes, I would definitely purchase a car from them again, I’m so grateful for there time and help :)

Tried to get through to this company for a few weeks with no answer and when I finally got through I was told they would call me back and this didn’t end up happening , never known a business not want to make a sale so can’t imagine what the process would be if there was issues with the car .dont waste your time
