I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and never recieved them. I say I bought 4 because I ordered 2 pairs and was charged 2 times. I was never able to get anyone on a phone and now the website is gone. Horrible company

Bought 2 camping chairs from an advert on Facebook. Two cheap flimsy nylon covers arrived!! Contacted PayPal and all money was refunded the next day.

Ordered multi purpose saw with extra blades. I received the extra blades but not the saw. Terrible company with poor customer service.

I thought I was purchasing 2 folding garden chairs with built in carry bags bags. The ad showed the chairs folding out of the carry bags, which were attached permanently to the chairs appears I only purchased 2 very expensive useless bags in which to hold the chairs very misleading add

I've bought 2 bottles of a fertilizer for my garden. Spend around 50 usd. I've contacted paypal few times as I didn't receive my parcels. The parcel arrived 2 month later, inside there were 2 bottles EMPTY!!!!! no products...…!
I've contacted again paypal to ask for a refund as it was obvious that this company was a SCAM.
Paypal told me that I have to send back the 2 empty bottles in CHINA to be reimbursed. Now to send a parcel in CHINA cost around 45 eur.
It's a dead end!!!!!!!! I'm so upset!!!!!

I ordered a cat tree and I've received no tracking number and no cat tree!!!!! When I tried to contact them I could not. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH (DONGGUAN SHUNFA LOGISTICS CO. LTD.) THIS SO CALLED COMPANY ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!

It looks like at least two other people had similar experiences... I saw their ad on Facebook for a nice cat tree for 19.99 and purchased it back in April and a week ago I got a small 3" by 3"(inches) wooden box looks like a bird feeder maybe!! I'm assuming that's from them. That's not really cool if that's all I am getting for 19.99 + $8 shipping - so $28 total. This is false advertising and I am not interested in what they sent me. It was shipped from Las Vegas, btw. I'm going to contact PayPal about this and also try to find a customer service email or phone number: hopefully I can at least get my money back!! I'm still waiting for the cat tree to arrive! :'•|

I bought a tall 3' Cat house and received a tiny pine box 3"x3" 3" inches.
An office in Markham Ontario, at 70 Gibson Dr Unit 7, (If I had to return the parcel address) intercepted delivery of my order and then sent it to my house. THIS PERSON's registered name is Xie Gong at 6 Ludford Dr. Richmond Hill on L4B4H6 as Director of a incorporation business called Habit Parcel Ebusiness Canada Ltd March 22, 2019 date. Business #703687913. Also another business name associated with this ordeal and PayPal payment by my credit card was sent to Dongguanshu # 4029357733? Business number?

In Ontario Anti-Fraud 1-888-495-8501. I will be contacting them to investigate potential Fraud.

Really misleading ad. Thought I was getting a golf practice game. After over 2 months, I got a $25 GOLF BALL!!!! What a joke! Bad deal!

Miss represent there products. Claim to be sending a patch work kit and send a presser foot no guides.... truly a scammer ….So embarrassed for you, May you be held accountable :(

Ordered a under carriage pressure washer for 27,90 usd and received only a 12 inches metal hose 2 months later, (2 other parts missing)

This site is a total scam. I brought a cat villa for 19.99 totalling 24.98. I have yet to recieve my item and the 2 emails I was provided with mysteriously disappeared from my records as saved purchase.Never again will I trust a sie that is not well known.

they are scamers i bought wltoys rc hobby grade car for 50eu that uzualy costs lik 90 and they send me cheap 9$ toy car.. tirs time in my experience paypal didint manage to solve this isue and i was left on ice

I bought a tank advertised on google it started out a different name company coodppo.remote controlled tank that was made of stainless.alot of people advertise the exact same tank.showed demo on how well it worked so I bought it through pay pal.feb 15th its march 5th.I get a Stainless steal tank but its not remote controlled. It so tiny model.so I called pal pal got the run around found out it was skia.shop all everything was fake.email Phone number.all from china.waiting for paypal to vive me my money back.I didnt get what was advertised.

HORRIBLE!!! TOTAL SCAM! The tracking number they gave me through the paypal resolution memo to find where my undelivered order was FAKE. The email they gave me to contact the customer service was FAKE. I think this whole company is a FRAUD

Don' t buy any things. No serious Company. I received After Two months wrong material, their value was 1/10 of my order. I did not received refound , so at the end I Lost my Money, 56 euro.

Absolutely appalling. I ordered boots in June/July and they didn't arrive until about a month after the date they said they would arrive. During this time I tried to contact customer service to find out if they had been posted and didn't receive feedback for weeks. When I received the boots they were plastic rubbish and I sent a complaint. The company admitted the site may have given a false impression. I asked for a refund. They asked me to send pictures of the shoes and if I wanted a 10% discount. I kept asking for a full discount. Weeks later I get a reply. Now in January I have received a 50% discount and they asked me to leave a positive review. Very unimpressed.

Total SCAM Company. I made 2 separate purchases and both times the items shipped were not what was ordered. They substitute very cheap items. Once you complain they offer a discount (using VERY POOR broken English grammar) and want you to send them banking information. I used PayPal both times and am waiting for resolution. This Company is using multiple websites with different names but if you do your research you will notice that they are all basically the same format. the actual company name is Dongguan Shunfa Logistics located in China.
