AVOID.... SHOES FELL APART AFTER 1 WEAR. THEY DO NOT DO REDUNDS. THEYRE FROM CHINA AND MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC.. NOT AS ADVERTISED .

Waited 6 weeks on delivery despite sending numerous emails cancelling order . ABSOLUTE RUBBISH THAT ARRIVED, not what looks remotely like site picture, such poor quality not even worth putting to charity shop. Requested refund, and have now initiated PayPal to intervene.. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. Never again will I pay order on line.

Just taken delivery of an order placed and paid for on 28th Sept , 2 months ago !!!
Absolutely awful !!!! Extremely poor quality and nothing like the items displayed online, trick photography I would say. One item is so small it wouldn’t fit a 13 year old girl never mind a lady size 14. Never never order anything from this site , it’s a disgrace.
I have requested to send the items back for a full refund, let’s see how long that takes.

Do not buy these. I ordered two pairs, both size 40. One pair was too small, the other a bit big. The small pair was fabric upper and the left one was far looser than the right one. The pair that was a bit big doesn't have a way to stay on your feet. Imagine a pair of boots with a tongue but no laces. Stay away!!!!

I ordered 2 pair of boots at the beginning of October.. 6-7weeks. It took awhile and the tracking number never worked. I have 8 emails to them and 3 replies. All different email addresses. With that and the fact the paypal receipt says Dongguan Logistics I figured I was scammed.
They came today. There are two pairs of boots but that's it. I doubt they are leather, maybe vinyl and look NOTHING like the picture of what I ordered. Had I seen them in a brick and mortar store or Good Will I would not have spent $1.00 to get both pairs. Heck I wont even donate at least one of the pairs, it is trash bound. Not worth it and basically a scam.

Same experience as other reviews - took over 40 days to get the order, products I received (boots and sweater) are of very poor quality and not what I ordered (look nothing like what was in the pictures on their website). They never answered my messages, there is no phone number or return instructions. The order confirmation email came from gxq0014 (at) outlook.com, and in the email the link to the store goes to a Shopify store with a similar suspicious or random URL. This is clearly a scam, stay away.

Suckered into a Facebook ad and bought these shoes. Took over a month to arrive. One shoe is bigger than the other. Laces were already breaking as in pieces fell off and made them shorter. The shoes look like they were hot glue gunned together and cut with an exacto knife. Pretty poor quality. I did get a lot of compliments on how cute they were though.

Same story. Two months for product to arrive. No response to repeated emails. When product finally arrived it was of poor quality, ill-fitting, with no information on how to return.

Ordered two months ago. They have responded to emails but with vague "updates". Hard to believe facebook allows this type of ad. I have initiated a return request with paypal. Do not buy from this company.

I was suckered, like the rest of these reviwers, into buying through a Facebook ad. I asked for a refund through PayPal after I didn't get a tracking number or response to multiple emails for 2 weeks. Thank goodness I did that because my order did end up arriving 7 weeks after purchase and it was the wrong boots! I went to their website to look up what boots they sent me and they were a very cheaply made, clunky imitation of the original picture. Even if I had ordered those boots I would've been very disappointed. Also they were not in a box and had indentations in the fake leather from being compressed and unprotected in transit. At least they'll make a nice donation to charity.

I ordered 2 pair for our cooler weather days. Cooler weather came the week they arrived! I love the fit. I am up and down all day as a teacher, and my feet never ached. They totally look just like what I ordered and will definitely be ordering again! Many compliments were given by my co-workers. After reading so many negative reviews, I have to admit I was a little worried. My experience, however, could not have been better!

Avoid! Ended up getting a refund through PayPal after waiting a month and having no contact. The website had shut down but they now appear to have a new one called myshopify if you google skia

One more! If I could, I will give them 0 start. After be waiting Over a month I finally received my order, which I tried to cancel at least three times. Smell awful, the quality is more than poor and it’s not even the right size! I emailed them more than 6 times without response, finally using PayPal I was able to get an address that it doesn’t work and Even if I get the right address the shipping is really expensive! Stay away! This is a big SCAM!!!

Same song as the rest of these folks: ordered 2 pairs of boots from Facebook ad. Tracking number didn't work. Received horribly cheap unwearable crap that looked NOTHING like the pictures (one pair was a completely different color and style than I ordered). They have been slow to respond and evasive and will not let me return or get a refund. I'm furious!

I waited over a month for the two pairs of shoes I ordered. I emailed them numerous times and didn't get a response until much later. When I finally did get the shoes, they were of horrible quality and looked nothing at all like the pictures on the site. I'm super disappointed because I have a tight budget and feel robbed since I will probably never get my money back. I emailed them to return the shoes but have not heard back. I'm also angry with Facebook for allowing this site to advertise when it's so clearly a scam.

Item doesn't resemble anything like the photo which showed a knitted item. this is basically cheap material product. shocking and facebook should ban from advertising

It took a looooooooong time to get things. I ordered in early Sept and received my order November 1. And I, too, got the non-functional tracking number in the meantime. But I got pretty much exactly what I paid for: cute pair of imitation leather boots. (The site never claimed they were real leather. At least not the pair I bought.) They had a little bit of a Payless Shoe Store smell when I first opened the package. But I wore them around for an afternoon and now no smell. I’m giving it 3 stars because I have no idea how well these shoes will hold up and two months is a long time to wait on an order with sketchy communication. But, like, $25 for a unique and cute pair of boots? Not a bad deal. If the site was still functional I’d buy another pair

This is a scam company. Product I received was extremely poor quality and not as described. Tracking number on email doesn't exist, no replies to email and shop website doesn't exist!! Do not buy from them!!
