I am saddened to share the world about Shaw Academy as SCAM and not LEGITIMATE that offers deceiving programs and courses to a person with positive intention in life. I just have to do research after finding out that I have been charged from my bank account unknowingly it has too much to deduct without my prior consciousness. I wasn't able to run and approach Landbank to secure my balances just not allow this unworthY SHAW ACADEMY steal what's inside my pocket where all my efforts and professional ethics are into it. If you wish me to edit this review, return me a refund with the EXACT AMOUNT you stole! If not, I will circulate this in twitter and facebook together with my youtube channel having 1 Millions subs!

Leo las opiniones de varios que desafortunadamente les hicieron cargos y cobros esta empresa de Shaw Academy y yo hice lo mismo puse mis datos bancarios solo que puse un código de autorización de tarjeta incorrecto por que quería verificar si efectivamente era gratuito y no cobraran nada y seguí con el proceso y me llegó un mensaje diciendo no pudimos realizar el cobro de $1 US cuando decía que en México eran $10 pesos y me intentaron cobrar $19.90 pesos así que me dí cuenta que no es NADA GRATUITO cobran desde el primer momento hacen el cobro. Les sugiero que para próximos registros no demos la tarjeta así de fácil y el otro consejo sí les interesa un sitio pero para filtrar coloquen un numero de su tarjeta o código de cobro incorrecto para que chequen los intentos de cobro y así filtren.

Give my money back ShawAcademy. I don't care your terms and conditions. I had to cancel my account because Shaw academy was charging me for nothing. Its scam, avoid it.

Terrible. One year after then charging my bank account multiple times after I cancelled, they said it was taken care of. Took MONTHS! So yesterday the tried charging my card twice, got my debit card cancelled when I reported it as unapproved charges, and of course isn't answering any emails. I'll just start writing reviews all over the internet again. That's the only thing that helped last year. They said they'd fix the error last year if I took down negative reviews. So here we are again......

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I asked them to cancel my account and followed through with the confirmation call to confirm the cancellation of my account but they still charged me for something that should have been cancelled.
Do Not!!! I repeat DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!! They are extremely difficult to deal with and Trustpilot even said they manipulating reviews to only show good reviews and deleting everything else.

I was deducted 10.44 dollars or 500 in peso currency last April 26, 2021 by this online course under SHAW ACADEMY, at first, I was told that it was free but I did not use their service even their Free service because I already saw a lot of complaints under their name, they even stopped messaging me days after I decided not to continue their service, without any notifications or email or even SMS they've deducted my 500 pesos in my Debit Card which was my emergency fund. When I emailed them to return my money they just insisted that it was authorised even not. I already filed complaint on my card company but they advised me to contact the merchant directly which was very hard since they're just repeating the email they sent to me.

I cancelled my subscription, but my money was taken from my card in this month again.

REFUND. EMPLOYEES AND OWNER OF THIS COMPANY WILL ALL GO TO HELL.

Shaw academy is a fraud using people's weakness to be educated and then taking money.any app store should ban you. They use free online but once u sign up with Ur card details booooom hour account will be reef offf. Never sign up for anything with card details because this people won't blink a thing to return your money......... Shame on everyone including the one made this app. Very inhuman of u taking from people without hesitation....

Shaw academy took money out of my account without notifying me, I only found out by accident. This is unacceptable, and I consider it theft. They took out around 160 GBP and had the audacity to only offer me 40 GBP to shut up. I will not stop until I get a full refund; even if that means taking them to court.

I have taken a free course with Shaw Academy in 2013 and paid a once off fee using my account. Now recently the company is been deducting money from my account and they call it subscription fees. I have never subscribed for anything with the company. What they do is they pretend to offer a free course and ask for a small once off charge to lure one into providing them with their banking details then continue to withdraw unauthorized purchases. I have attempted several times to cancel but they refuse and continue to draw money from my account. Shaw academy are scammers and fraudsters, stay away, stay away, play far. I want my money back

Absolute -100 experience! They are a scam! Scammed me and taken £219.99 out of my bank account without my permission! Customer services are awful and useless! They are very hard to understand on the phone, and thats if you even manage to get through! Just spoke to the so called manager, and he put the phone down on me after I explained how violated I feel by them!! I am so infuriated.

I opted into a FREE COURSE by Shaw Academy - for the purposes of screenshots, as they deny that they are deceiving customers!

One of the agreements they have when one opt-in, is that the student "have no commitment" I had to click THREE times on "continue with cancellation" (giving a reason why I want to cancel) then, I still get a pop-up that says that to "confirm your cancellation" I need to call a US number!!! So from "no commitment" I am to "spend lots of money on an international call"
So what happens now? I am NOT going to make an international call!! Are they now going to AGAIN do a transaction on my bank card?

After I cancelled the account I was bombarded with texts and e-mails and even telephone calls! Interestng, how when you sign up, they can contact you many times! But customer care give you ONE missed call and close your query as "resolved"

Estos son unos ladrones, me han hecho cargos por casi 400 dólares, les reclamé y me dijeron que habían borrado toda mi información y es mentira, que debemos hacer para demandarlos, alguien sabe como podemos recuperar nuestro dinero?

ES UNA ESTAFA! Me cobraron una cuota de un curso gratuito, me estoy intentando poner en contacto con ellos, con bastantes emails, y no me contestan, les envié uno en marzo para darme de baja dentro del plazo, y mi sorpresa que ayer, me volvieron a cobrar 49,99€! Esto requiere una demanda judicial! No hagáis nada con ellos!!

You CANNOT take classes at your own pace, you have to schedule it through this complete scam trying to appear as a college. You can only take one class per week.

COMPLETE SCAM!!! Impossible to cancel even with confirmation. It was a long an painful process to cancel. They stole my money from a free trial and charged me their monthly fee of $70 then instead of simply refunding the money, they gave me a bunch of crap I didn't want, like a certificate no one will ever care about and did everything they could to just be a complete failure of a company.

The site is so confusing if you have an objective goal to learn a skill. SAVE YOUR MONEY, STEER CLEAR!!! You have been warned.

They made it impossible to cancel, requiring you call a number that was never answered. I had to threaten them to get them to cancel through email, but they did. However, they keep sending me "last chance" alerts. So I changed my email to theirs and my phone number to the anti cyberstalking 800 number.

Previously used but felt like I was being ripped off so ended the connection but just had three missed calls from a Hemel Hempstead number eventually picked up and it was a man who spoke so fast in a thick accent telling me he could offer me a discount on more courses. Cold Calling doesn't work. This is just harassment. I don't want to use this company again, I've blocked numbers of them before but they just ring on another one.
