If you have placed an order you should immediately contact your credit card company and report transaction to receive a refund.

Follow-up by going to FTC fraud site and reporting both this company and PayPal for facilitating the fraudulent transactions.

This is not a monitored, legitimate seller and is simply a front to steal your money.

This site is AWFUL!!! Order my son costume a month ago thought it was more then enough time to order it. Still have nothing I try to tack the package and it’s been stuck at that facility for over a month!! I wrote them several emails and and they only responded to one email giving some tracking number that made been stuck at at facility. I’m so upset and from reading all these bad reviews I doubt I’d even get my money back!

Do NOT order from them unless you like not being replied to, and also they don't ship your product out until 2 WEEKS AFTER receiving payment!! I requested a refund the week prior and heard nothing from them. They waited until they shipped the product 17 days after payment and a week after requesting a refund to tell me it was shipped. Save yourself time, money, and energy and shop somewhere else!!!

Good costume, excellent quality, I liked the service!

I ordered a costume in mid September, here we are mid October and Sky Costume will not return my emails. The last time they responded they said my costume would be shipped "no later than October 10". It is now October 20th and they will not respond to my requests for info. I even went through PayPal and they still will not respond. I can only hope PayPal gives me my money back.

honestly very bad. I ordered a costume for Halloween, And paid $40 for expedited shipping for it to reach 3 to 5 days after the ordering date. ordered back on the 2nd of october it shipped on 8 October and has been stuck in China since. when I emailed sky costumes they said that it would reach before Halloween with a lot of time to spare (before the 15th was the promised time, but for the record i didnt mind if it came after as long as it was about 3 days before halloween), but when I emailed the shipping service company they said that there is no way for it to reach before November. Why would I pay $40 if I cannot ensure that my package will be with me on time? I have emailed sky costumes back to ask why they falsely advertise the shipping times and im yet to get a response. at this point, I just hope that the shipping company is wrong and it will reach before the 31st. I know I should probably wait until Halloween to see if my order will come, but after confirmation from the shipping company and how expensive the shipping was, I am very disappointed that sky costume didn’t reply to me and gave me a false delivery date. I have read good reviews about this company so I’m not going to say that it is not a legit website. But if you are going to order make sure that you order with a lot of time to spare

Update. I just received an update from USPS saying my package is to be delivered today 19 days after I purchased. This company had great reviews until this year. I am guessing that they are being effected by all the backed up distribution issues that are happening across this country right now. Within hours I received communication from the company. This is the second email I received from the company, the first one was personal directly about my order and this one.

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR COSTUME!!! I ordered over a month ago and it is saying it is at a facility in NY since Oct 1st and today the 18th no updates. USPS has not received the package. Going to make a claim on my bank card.

Over a month and my costume has yet to arrive
No tracking number or costumer service to call.

I wish I would have read these reviews first. I placed my order almost a month ago and was provided with a tracking number that showed being created the day after my order, so I thought we were going to be ok. Now, almost a month later no movement has been seen a d USPS does not show receiving the shipment yet. I have emailed the company four times, and each time they have responded with different information changing the ship date or current status of this shipment. I am now going through the process of filing a PayPal claim to get my money back. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!!

Got the costume.

I ordered many times on Cosplaysky. The last one there were two of the Genshin Impact. I'm very happy with everything I get. All the details, the fabrics and tailoring are amazing and very accurate.
They are also very fast on shipping and try to notice about every update.
It worthed every time I trusted in them and I'll keep doing it!
Rayla, Ganyu and now, Shenhe and Yoimiya are my cosplays for this year for sure!

Got my wig and costume for Cocogoat cosplay from Genshin, it was a surprise for me but this costume has a really good print with patterns on fabric with perfectly matches to character vibe )
The wig is soft and easy to style ( it means a lot for me)))
Overall I really like costume and wig I got)))!!!!!

horrible. it has been 51 days and i still have not gotten my costume. whenever i get a reply email they claim it is processing and they will not give me a refund. do not trust this company. they are scammers

It was my first time with this store. I have their Scarlet Witch costume. It is really confortable and size is perfect. It includes everything. Costume even has invisible zippers in the gloves. It tooks about 3 weeks to arrived. I'm so happy

Currently chasing down my money after 30+ days of waiting for item and submitting claims thru PayPal. Dont let SkyCostume steal your money like they did ours. After receiving an email from their customer service, I replied with the facts and they dismantled their email account and not it's unreachable. They tried to get around PayPal dispute by sending a fake DHL Tracking number to claim they shipped the items. DONT FALL FOR THE SCAM.

I ordered a Sherlock Holmes Detective Costume on February 3, 2021. My package didn’t ship until February 26, 2021. 23 DAYS TO WAIT FOR MY PACKAGE TO EVEN GET SHIPPED!! And that was after I complained! Then after it was finally shipped, I was told it would take 10-15 days to arrive. It’s now been 19 days since it’s shipped and I still don’t have it. I ordered this costume for a special event on March 13, 2021. I ordered it 38 days in advance of when I needed it. I thought that was enough time, but my package wasn’t even shipped until 23 days after I ordered it!! That’s ridiculous. I DON’T EVEN NEED THE COSTUME ANYMORE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SKY COSTUME AGAIN! Super disappointing, Sky Costume really let me down. I wish I had ordered from a different place because then I would have had it for my event. This costume was for my husband. I ordered my own costume from Amazon and I got my order within a week! DON’T TRUST SKY COSTUME!!

Buyer beware! They offer to refund your money if you return an item, but use the difficulty tracking international packages as an excuse not to do so.

I ordered a costume for my daughter for Halloween. The wrong size was delivered (THEIR FAULT), so a representative instructed me to order the next size up, pay for it, and they would credit my account when they received the return. This did not happen. The company is located in China and the tracking stops once the package lands there. There was never any intent to return my money. They should have been upfront about their return policy rather than giving me the run around FOR A YEAR. Do not believe the polite customer service. Once they have your money it is gone.

Going through the check out process I was shown another customers information. I proceeded to cancel my order best I could and contact my bank to report that my credit card may have been breached. Later in the day another customer called me letting me know they have been shown my information during checkout as well. The site is not secure to say the least. Beware!
