Everything was fine, I received the costume even during covid period, the costumes are always like in the pictures, never received something different from what I saw on the website.

Amazing!! Quick response in emails, soft stretchy material. Reasonably priced!!! Everything fits perfectly with custom order!!! Very sweet and completely happy with my Futaba costume!!

This is the first costume I have bought from this company and I love it. The quality is great, the fit is great and it looks amazing !

I bought the navy Captain America suit (from CATWS) years ago, and it is still holding up!! It is made of very sturdy material. I love the way it looks, and I've gotten very many compliments on it. The belt buckle and star and part of the harness is made of actual metal, which adds a lot to the overall look. It is one of my favorite costumes I own, and I bring it to almost every con.

I ordered my Giyuu Tomioka cosplay from CosplaySky and was once again blown away by the quality! The costume fits well, is well made, and the details are accurate. I especially love the Damasque fabric they used for the haori, it makes the detail look so good, especially against the stark black of the polyester uniform! The pattern of the pants was really cleverly done and it has elastic so it can fit comfortably.
All in all, I am impressed but not surprised and I will definitely order from them again!

Love Live costumes from this shop are really good, not perfect but finally it's nice! I bought 3 costumes for Rin Hoshizora on this site and higly recommend :)

I ordered a costume of Charlie from Hazbin Hotel on January 24th. At first, I was a little worried, especially since I had not received a confirmation email when I ordered the costume and because of all the skeptical reviews I had seen prior. On February 20th, I emailed Skycostume addressing my concern, and they replied in a timely manner assuring me that I would receive an email once my order had shipped. I ordered it around Chinese New Year, so it made sense to me that it would take a little longer to process. Almost two weeks later, I still had yet to receive an email which made me even more nervous. But today I received my costume in the mail and I absolutely love it!!! It JUST fits me (honestly I could have benefited from ordering a size up; I got an XS) but despite feeling a bit more form-fitting than I expected, it doesn't feel uncomfortable so I'm happy with my purchase. The only reason that I'm not giving it five stars is that communication on the company's end could be better. Things ended up working out in my favor, but the entire time I was anxious because I hadn't received emails at all until I messaged them first to get an update on my order, and even when they said an email would be sent to me once the ordered shipped I got nothing, leaving me no way to track it or check its progress. For those looking to order from Skycostume, I would advise planning ahead of time, preparing for it to come in 6 weeks at most. They also should update their website to reflect that it could take up to 15 days to process instead of 12. But I'm glad that the costume arrived and I'm excited to cosplay as Charlie!

I am beyond unhappy with this company. Placed a custom order before chinese new year, I understood that the company would be closed till February 6th, no big deal. I assumed it would mean that the processing time would start on the 6th or the 7th when workers returned, but it didnt. I had to email them over 12 times, didnt get a response for weeks until the 20th when I threatened to get a lawyer, they claimed they had a whole month off for chinese new year, but they never had any indication of that on their website. Then they told me that it would take 5 days to ship, even after I paid for 2 day shipping. Fast forward to today, I recieved the costume, opened it and looked at it, I knew immediately it wasnt going to fit. I gave them my measurements and even tacked on an extra 10 inches to each one because I know their size runs smaller, and this way, if it was too big, I could take it in no problem. But the costume was too small! Couldnt get the shirt over my shoulders, couldnt pull the pants up over my knees, it's completely useless! So not only did I pay almost $100 but I'm severely ticked!

I ordered my costume January 18th 2020. Here it its March 1st and nothing! I asked for a refund and only off to refund my shipping. So OUT OF LINE! DO NOT USE !!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I buy rikka takarada costume~ overall good. Nice detail. But maybe the size a lil bit small compare to my size. But its okay~ and the price is not really expensive.

I have lot's of costumes from cosplaysky... as Okita Souji (FGO), Hatsune Miku ribbon girl, Edmond Dantes (FGO) and Altair (Re:Creators)
well I cannot say it made without mistake.. but still something like that could happen...
Okita Souji was made really great I specially love leather smors for leg sand arms... only black belt was sent me in wrong size
on Hatsune Miku I didn't find any problem
Edmond.. at cape was mistaken one gem with other color like the others... size was kinda off, for bias they use just cutted leather fabrics.. which is sad because the yould use bias and there would not be any stitching threads.. but used materials are great.. but I would recommend more precisely work with sewing details on
Altair again stripes with just cutted fabric and sewed on... and ornament was off middle... and I didn't know that they're sending hat separated from dress so I wan really mad when I received just costume but hat came week after.. but othervise it looked same as pics
they still have to work on details and sewing quality and be aware of these mistakes

Ordered our costume and 20 days later the order still had not been processed and shipped from China. They don't tell you on thier site it is shipping form China. I filed a complaint with Paypal and gopt a refund. Buyer beware

i ordered a Kotoko Utsugi cosplay 3 weeks ago. it hasn’t arrived and it said it’d be here within 7-15 buisness days. not happy at all. waste of $60

Das Kostüm war sehr gut verarbeitet . Zwar hatte es einen Fehler aber ich hab den Support angeschrieben und der hat mir das Geld zum ändern beim Schneider überwiesen .
Alles in allem ein guter Cosplay Kauf Shop :)

I ordered the Anna from Frozen 2! The cape is so heavy and luxurious. It's my favorite part. The dress is well constructed. I'm not a fan of the material for the yellow undershirt. The arms are a tad short on me as well. Other than that it was well worth the money. Would recommend and I'll be checking out their site for my next costume

Purchased a costume that was too small, so purchased a second one and shipped the first one back. Have the tracking information with confirmation that it was delivered. The company refuses to acknowledge this and provide the refund.

My order was processed and delivered in a very timely manner, and the employees went out of their way to promptly respond to all of my questions. The outfit was perfect, and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely purchase from Skycostume again! :)

I ordered The Joker costume for my son through Cosplaysky and the costume was spot on. It looked very authentic and my son got a lot of compliments on the costume.

I can’t speak for some of the other poor reviews on here, but I personally had a great experience with Skycostume. I ordered on 10/11 and needed it by today, 10/25, so I added the express shipping. I messaged them about my deadline and they were happy to accommodate and responded very quickly to my messages. I received the costume today and I absolutely love it. It’s very high quality and came with everything I need. I couldn’t be happier with the service and this will be my go-to for my costumes from now on.

To start I ordered back at the end of September, and I had concerns to whether or not it would be here in time because it was the 12th working day. I emailed them, they responded within 24 hours and told me they would make sure it would be there before Halloween! about 3 days after my email, my cosplay arrived in great condition! Everything I ordered was there from the shoes to the wig in amazing condition! With that being said there was a complication with the wig, despite it being super comfy and nice; the braid came undone and was a HUGE MESS. I emailed them because I didnt want this one thing be the factor in why I never buy from them again. I asked "do they have any advice to try and fix this or do they have any suggestions so I don't have to get another wig" To that they asked my order number and then within a few days were able to offer me a new wig or 15$ in apology to get a new wig. I was so excited to see they would do that for me and now I have another wig on the way! SO, to summarize I do recommend them as this was clearly a 1 time chance that it was messed up seeing as everything else was amazing and they literally offered a replacement which I imagine a lot of places wouldn't do!
