This people are a scam. Don't order from them. I'm gonna sue them. Never send me my costume after paying 30 extra to ship my costume on time.

I read the reviews and chose not to believe everything that I read.
I am sorry that I did not heed the warnings of others. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I ordered 2 costumes in August.
I did not receive them when they said they would arrive. I also paid for expedited shipping.
I notified the company that I had not received the costumes. They stated that one was made and they were waiting on the other. They assured me that my costumes would arrive by the date I needed them.
I received one of the 2 costumes.
The one I received did not look anything like the picture. It was not remotely my size. It was a size more for a child. They put the costume in a clear bag and wrote the adult size on top. None of the props and accessories were with the costume as promised.
I paid 149.00 for a costume I could have gotten at Party City for $39.00.
I never received the other costume.
I notified the company and have not received a response.
Thank goodness I paid for these with my American Express card. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and reversing the charges.

I contacted them to see about getting, a costume. Their initial response was fast and asked for more info. I responded with the needed info and was in kind of a hurry so I could get something the same week. They finally responded a day later just to say they can't hurry a costume just shipping and could take anywhere from 3 to 14 days to get to the expidited shipping at the cost of $30. I told them to pi$$ off and recommend you do the same.

Don't.

Strike #1:
I began prepping my cosplay months in advance. As such, when I saw the only complaint with the company was slow delivery, I let it slide and thought I'd give them a chance. My first order was placed JUNE 13th, estimated processing was 7 - 12 work days and shipping time 2 - 7 days. I did not receive my order until AUG 2nd (that's 7 weeks). The order was not to my measurements and parts were missing. After three days of addressing this (their responses are one sentence and barely comprehensible in English) they agreed to send me the missing parts and size adjustment without a return. Confirmation was AUG 7th, it is now SEPT 9th and I have yet to receive those revisions, and I will still need to sew those portions on myself. So, that tallies at 12 weeks and counting to get one completed costume. I would write this review after receiving the order (which chances are high something's wrong with it) but I have no idea when that's actually going to be at this point.

Strike #2:
I ordered my second cosplay JULY 24th. This time I paid for expedited shipping so I wouldn't have to go through all that nonsense of waiting again. A full month later the order was still 'processing'. I contacted SkyCostume on AUG 22nd and asked how the order was going. They briefly responded that they 'ran out of that fabric' and asked if I wanted a different costume or a refund. Like. Are you kidding me? Why wasn't I informed? If my con was any sooner they would've ruined my chances of getting a substitute. But luckily it's in October.

I ordered from a different site, a different vendor, and paid for expedited shipping because at this point I was getting super nervous. The other vendor responded promptly, continued regular contact on the custom measurements, and shipped it out quickly. Order was AUG 22nd (imagine that) and I physically received it today, SEPT 9th. From the same part of the world as SkyCostume. I don't know what Sky's excuse is, but I am absolutely never doing business with them again.

Even if you think their cosplay is cheap, you will pay for it in anxiety. Even if you plan MONTHS in advance, they can still potentially screw you over. Worst communication with a company I have ever had, blatantly false advertising on their front page, and they're not even apologetic about their mistakes. As one cosplayer to another, please, please take my advice. This company should not be in business. Take yours elsewhere.

Ordered a Sunny Into the Badlands costume for cosplay... Despite giving them accurate measurements of my body the delivered product fit very poorly and was made from cheap materials. My hand covers ripped apart the first day of PAX. The material doesn't breath and looks poorly made compared to what was advertised on their website. AVOID this Chinese company, you'd be better off hiring a local tailor.

I ordered a costume for Florida Supercon more than a month before the con. I trusted them because the year previously, I had ordered a cosplay from them and it had arrived in three days. I was expecting somewhat of a similar experience. That, however, did not happen. After about fifteen days without receiving an email about my costume being shipped, I contacted them. They replied saying that there was no need to worry and they'd expedite my order. Trusting that claim, I waited another week. Still no costume. I emailed them again, only to receive the SAME EXACT EMAIL, word for word, again. Without another choice, I waited a couple more days, foolishly giving them the benefit of the doubt. Eventually, I caved and bought the same exact costume from another site for more money and paid extra for shipping for the mere possibility of it arriving in time. I trusted SkyCostume with sending me my costume in time, and now I probably won't have any costume to wear for my first ever convention. Absolutely awful and so disappointing.

Plan ahead, my order took over two months to receive. I kept checking over and over and eventually it showed up. If they would have sent real-time notifications of status, that would have given 5 stars. It was great quality and was a hit at the convention. Wish I could post a picture because the details were worth the wait.

Very Disappointed..
I placed an order with SkyCostume exactly two months a go to the day and have still not yet received my order. I made it very clear to the company that I needed my costume for a con, and gave them a specific date ((Today)) that I would need it delivered by, and the assured me I would have the costume by this date multiple times. Two months should be more than enough time. Now I don't have my cosplay that I bought for this specific event, and I frankly don't even know where it is. Totally disappointed, especially considering I spent like $200 on this.
Do not buy from this company!!!! total BS

We had to order a custom fit as my son is 6' 6" and 360 lb. We sent in all his measurements and they created a costume just for him and fit him perfectly. He is very excited to wear his cosplay next Comic-Con. I was happy to see it was good quality material and workmanship. Thank you.

ATTENTION ALL COSPLAYERS....I'm going to go on a rant here for just a bit. I strongly urge people to never order from SkyCostume. And here is why:
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company! I have been lied to on several occasions and I have proof of the lies told to me. I ordered my costume from this website for Pensacon. I ordered the costume in plenty of time to receive it according to their website. The website states that processing time is 7-12 days (lie #1) and shipping time is 3-7 days (lie#2). When I had not heard anything about my order in 10 days I emailed the company and was sent a reply that said "no need to worry" and "I have personally asked them to expedite your order". However in the response email the employee stated to me that processing time is up to 15 days (which is not what your website says). I waited a few more days and still did not hear from anyone so I tried finding a phone number. They have a phone number on the website yet in a email response to me they say they have no telephone service. I tried calling the number and it went to someone's personal voicemail who did not identify herself as part as the company. I tried messaging the company on Facebook and received no reply. I emailed the company on the 18th and did not receive a reply until the 20th! In this reply an employee stated that my order was shipped out on the 18th and that shipping takes up to 15 days! The website says 3-7 days for shipping! I have included a photo of where on the website it shows shipping and processing time. This company lies online about how long things take! I was also told that I would receive an email with a tracking number when my costume was mailed out but I didn't receive a tracking numbet until 2 DAYS LATER! LIE #3. Also the tracking number I was given DOES NOT WORK! The website says that number can't be found. I found other places online to order this exact costume for cheaper but I knew it wouldn't be here in time so I chose this company and paid extra.

Everyone who wants to buy a Cosplay on this website, beware!
Almost 3 months ago I've bought a Cosplay off of their website and waited for the status to change to ''shipped'' and after 2 weeks, I've wrote them an Email, asking why the status is still on ''processing'' and i got no reply from them. It went on for about 1 month and I got a mail that my package got lost and they'll send out a new one, everything okay and i thought i'll give them some time. After 2 months the status didn't change and i also got no tracking number and then i told them that i'll do a dispute and want my money back and then, 3 days later they send me a damn tracking number and wrote me that my package is on its way, they didn't even apologize, i'm so angry! DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! 0/10
