Skylord travels ... As a seasoned international traveler with over 40 years of experience, I can highly recommend this travel agency for their unparalleled service. The staff's tireless efforts to secure the best deals and fares have been impressive. I have also had positive experiences booking package tours through them. I encourage everyone to utilize their exceptional services.

I have no experience of using them as a travel agent but I was informed by my bank that they had done an active card check on my account. I got in touch with them to query this and find out if it was indeed them that had carried out the check and to seek advice and radio silence!! I contacted them through the webchat which stated they were online and ready to assist and no reply whatsoever!! If that is how they respond to an enquiry then I certainly would not use as a travel agent.

Further to your reply, I can advise that I have indeed emailed my query to the email addresses I was given but have yet to receive a response. I have also queried the card check with my bank and they have advised this is usually a company doing a card check before a payment is taken and not an individual. I have never used Skylord Travel and this is also an account that is not used on a day to day basis so is not regularly used for any purchases. I have requested a new card with my provider.

I can confirm that the email was indeed sent to the help desk email address yesterday at 1.14pm so not sure why they say they have not received it? Whilst I am not a customer I cannot consider the removal of the review as my bank are adamant that the active card check was conducted by your company not an individual.

Sital helped a lot in finding the cheapest ticket. no complains.

PLEASE never work for this company. It’s a FRAUD. They not paying you never ever. They tell the drivers to rent a trailer from them and they start to charging everything from the truck drivers. They are not honest.

On November 26, 2023 we got the news of the demise of my beloved mother in Paskistan, I being the only son had to be there in time for the funeral rites in Pakistan, contacted Khurram Bhai, he worked with me throughout the night and next morning to get us for the best possible flights outbound and inbound , he was so considerate and appreciateve of the situation that he got us the fare well lower than our budget, that we had anticipated. Words cant thank him enough for what he had done for us during that period of bereavement., His main emphasis was to get us there in time, not on an exorbatant fare, I have heard people complainging that travel agents have gouged them at a time like this, but not Khurram Bhai, hats off for people like him, its people like him that bridge the gap between the travel ageny and customer. He was honest, outstanding, went an extra mile, he even called us at all the airports in Canada to ensure that we had made it on all the flights. We reached ahed of time and all the final funeral rites were taken care off. If it wasn't for Khurram Bhai nothing would had been possible. My family back home and us here in Canada thank him from the bottom of our hearts, we have no words to express our heartfell gratitude towards him. We pray that success follows a great gentleman like him.

I used Skylord travel for my most recent holiday to Hawaii. Where do I begin with the amazing experience. After finding my trip on there website online, I quickly jumped on the phone to the team at Skylord who helped me with everything and were very knowledgeable on all aspects of travel needs, including visa requirements, collecting flights and even hotel transfers!.

The time spent by the team to ensure I got the best flights, hotels and connections for my trip was out of this world. The Level of service was 10 out of 10 with great communication and excellent customer service throughout.

Been using Skylord for as long as I can remember. They are reliable and quick to give quotes. Once I was stuck in India on standby and Skylord were able to quickly sort me out and get me on the flight.

I have been using these guys for our trips for a while now because they give you a truly personalised service. They take the headache away from planning and booking and have taken the time to understand exactly what kind of trip I am looking for whether it’s leisure or business. I have tried using online travel sites like expedia but it cannot match a personalised service and skylord will always match if not beat the price! So a win win everytime.

I always use these guys for our family holidays. Almost feels like travel concierge, their holidays department really has patience dealing with our to and fro - flight options, hotel options, combinations, room options etc etc and then offering much more competitive pricing than others. They also then arrange private transfers to and from airport when on holiday. I also like the fact that they are atol protected, which has helped during COVID times.
