I purchased a return ticket to South Africa and I realized it only included up to 7 kg of luggage. After I spoke to Abraham he was so helpful to concert my tickets and dates to include up to 23 Kgs of luggage at a reasonable price. He saved me a lot of money.

I was confused about my ticket, which was purchased on the 26th. I could only take 7 kg, which was not sufficient for me, so I approached the customer service of CheapFly. This gentleman, Abraham, spoke to me and helped me resolve my confusion, and I am happy. He is really a gentleman. I do appreciate his service.

I booked a flight with cheapfly shop in March and as the date of travel approached realised I was going to need help with luggage and walking. Olivia got the answers I needed from the airline and always phoned me back when she said she would. I am delighted with the service I received from Olivia.
