In ordered and had nothing back regarding my order.
It was only a week later when I followed up that I was told by customer services that the order was out of stock and I would be refunded, won’t be using again.

Antwoord van Slater Menswear
Good Morning Cameron,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Please accept our most sincere apologies that the pocket squares were not available to send due to a stock discrepancy, and for the length of time it took to advise you.
At the time of purchase these were showing as being available, however when our staff went to pick these they were not in the location. They have then tried to source these from our stores, but were not successful.
Our apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
Robert

Ordered suits at slaters Newcastle
Ordered suits at slaters Newcastle. Apart from 1 person I was met with very ‘pissed off’ vibes. It seemed no one wanted to be there. This was consistent over the 4 times I went. Issues with ties not being ordered and accused of taking a suit without payment, I will not be using slaters again. Poor experience all round unfortunately.

I bought my first suit from Slaters in the 80’s and now I’m not close to a store it’s great to be able to buy online. The quality is amazing and delivery is super quick. I was so impressed with the tartan jacket I bought I ended up buying the three piece suit.
