I certainly would recommend this company. My pillow delivery was quick. Unfortunately though, the Sleepsake pillow did not work for me.
I could not fault the customer service I received when organising a refund for my purchase. The 100 free trial period was a great way to try the pillow.

I’m truly amazed by the exceptional customer service and warmth. The thoughtful support is incredibly appreciated. In today’s world where customer care seems lacking, this company truly stands out. Their smooth process, from answering questions to providing assistance, has been a pleasure.

I bought this pillow because I have had neck problems for years and have been in pain especially at night. To be honest I did not think it would make any difference. How wrong I was. This pillow has from the first night changed my life. I no longer have neck, shoulder and lower back pain. Its been life changing. My joint stiffness in my lower back, hip and right knee has ceased. I am so thankful.

Sleepsake is a very good and honest company. I purchased a pillow and after a trial period I found that it was not suitable for my neck problem.
I contacted the company advising them that it was not suitable for me and the reason why. They responded promptly and were happy to honour their return policy. I would highly recommend Sleepsake.

I ordered a Sleepsake pillow, based on reviews of the pillow stating that it helped ease the pain experienced by shoulder pain sufferers. The company offers a full refund if it doesn't work. Unfortunately it didn't work for me, but the company refunded the cost instantly, no questions asked, no need to return the pillow.

Whilst the pillow did not work out for me, the customer service and prompt refund was very much appreciated. They also did not require me to return the pillow so I passed it onto a family member!

Im always looking for a pillow and I like the idea of this one from Sleepsake. I find it really comfortable.
I had some concerns with the pillow case which were efficiently and professionally addressed by Zoey at Sleepsake. I have confidence that if I was not satisfied my money would have been refunded.

I bought a Sleepsake pillow hoping it would help with my sleep issues, but it turned out my problem wasn’t the pillow at all. Since I didn’t need it anymore, I decided to return it, and honestly, their customer service made the whole thing super easy.

Ali from Sleepsake support helped me right away and sent over a return label. Thanks to their 100‑night trial, I got a full refund with no hassle. After I shipped the pillow back, the refund hit my account just a couple of days later.

But I'm giving this company 5 stars for their outstanding customer service, they honoured the 100 night refund and I wasn't required to send pillow back, but instead suggested to give to someone else who might benefit. I just wanted to send a huge thank you for your amazing Butterfly Pillow. It has honestly made such a difference to my sleep and has massively improved the neck and shoulder pain I was experiencing.
Before using the pillow, I would often wake throughout the night in pain, constantly pressing and trying to relieve the discomfort in my neck and shoulder. Some mornings I would even wake up with headaches. Since using the Butterfly Pillow, I’m sleeping so much better throughout the night and waking up feeling far more comfortable.
I genuinely can’t thank you enough. It has made such a positive difference to my sleep and overall comfort, and I’m so grateful I found it. Thank you for creating such an amazing product!

Unfortunately for me me,the pillow wasn't a good fit as I have scarring from brain surgery and it wasn't comfortable for me,but it is an amazing pillow and company.
I emailed Ali and she responded straight away and refunded the amount.
Supporting an Australian company is so important and this product is really great.

The communication is great, I sent through a query but also requested a call back a couple of times and both times I received a call to be able to discuss any concerns I had, especially around using the pillow correctly given we are all different. It gave me great confidence that they care about their customers and feedback and would definitely recommend. The quality was also of a high standard

The pillow I ordered arrived very promptly and looked and felt fantastic. Pillows are such a personal fit and unfortunately this was not the right fit for me. I contacted customer service and the response I received was nothing short of brilliant. They were so understanding and helpful. I was able to get a refund and keep the pillow which I will re-gift. What a great company. Wow!
