Great Service - Great Product

Product (medium sling in mulberry) is great, really well made and my 5kg dog is very comfortable in it. It arrived quickly so we could take her out for a walk just a couple of days after she first hurt her leg, which was a real relief.

I am very happy with the dog carrier bag .I have an 8 kg dachshund. Who loves to walk but hates shops and cafes. But he actually climbs into this bag and quite happily lets us enjoy our time . I have had two different bags before but he didn’t like them and they were hard to carry . But he is so comfortable in this one and the strap supports the weight .

Very helpful on the phone about sizing, the sling is really well made, my little staff fits in and doesn’t seem to strain the fabrics she is about 11.5KG not quiet as deep as i thought but I think thats the size of my pooch rather than the sling. The denim colour is lovely and I am happy to walk round with it on without her in it. Loading up takes a bit of practise for both of us but we have found what works. This is great giving my senior girl a break on a longer walk.

The website was really clear and the videos about different sized slings was helpful in supporting me to make the right choice for my dog. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Update to a previous lower scored review. It turns out we were sent the wrong sling. After measuring the strap and seeing we received the short strap instead of the long one I got in touch with their customer support team. They were very apologetic and once they received the original back, they promptly sent out the longer strapped sling along with a bag of treats for our dog. We really appreciate how quickly it was resolved.

I’d borrowed a sling dog bag off a friend it was a cheap version of this. But decided to buy my elderly Jack Russell this. Worth every penny strong, fantastic quality and wide strap distributes weight great most importantly my little granny dog loves it. Lovely and deep compared to cheap versions.
