Wonderful dog shop with lovely staff. They went out of their way to sort out our dog coat requirements. We have been in this shop many times and it has always been a positive experience.

Blue sling bag, makes life very easy in crowds
This is my second bag as my dog grew out of the first one. It’s amazing and very comfortable to wear. It washes up beautifully. Infact, I sold the other one as it still looked like new after having it 2 years.

Hugely impressed by the service I received. A question I asked dealt with in 24 hours , ordered Thursday and received Saturday morning. The item ( dog sling) was excellent quality and perfect for my dog . I was absolutely delighted.

DON'T buy this product!
Useless. The main material in this Sutical is cotton (94%). Cotton stretches very quickly and the whole thing goes baggy - making it easy for my dog to get under it and lick his wound.
Didn't last a day. £20 down the drain.

Simple but very clever design
Simple but very clever design. The dog carrier is ideal for my little jack Russell 4.5kg. So nice to have her close to me in the carrier. I can put my arm around her. It sits really comfortably across the body and she loves going in it because she isn't enclosed.

Extremely poor after sales service!
I had a fault develop with an item I ordered, have tried to contact customer service to rectify the issue, it's now been 2 Weeks with no response whatsoever. Extremely poor after sales service. Will NOT be back unfortunately.

Love the product but not happy about…
Love the product but not happy about the huge customs I had to pay. I won't purchase from here again for that reason. Its my 3rd order and the customs this time was just too expensive.
