Great customer service. Great quality product, looked very strong, but unfortunately the sling was too small for my ESS puppy. Product returned and refund issued without any problems.

Exchange update - following my earlier bad review (posted a few days ago) I have spoken to Slickers today and they have agreed to exchange my too large dog coat for a smaller size - Lisa (the owner) was delightful and the quality of the goods is excellent - on the basis my issue has been resolved now (and promptly) I have no problem in recommending this company to anyone

The item I bought was unfortunately too big so I returned it, great communication and very fast refund, super happy with the transaction just a shame I couldn’t get a size that fitted my whippet. Highly recommend this company

The puppy sling is well made and the fabric feels hard wearing yet looks really smart. We got the large, long version for our Ridgeback puppy. He's just 8 weeks and already 8 Kg so quite a heavy pup! I found the sling comfortable to wear although it does take a bit of practice to get him in and for me to put it on. I appreciate the handy collar clip inside too, it gives me that little bit more confidence when our as I feel that for our chunky monkey the sling could do with being a bit deeper. I feel like maybe he will shuffle about and tip out, hasn't happened yet but I just worry. I may attach some Velcro just to keep the too pulled together. He's growing so fast , hopefully he won't outgrow it ( or crush my spine) before he is allowed on the ground. It's so nice just to get him out to meet our dog walking chums or even just to sit and watch the world go by. He must be quite comfortable in it as he often dozes off despite all the attention he gets.

Great advice and product despatched the very next day

Ordered a denim dog sling via their website. The item arrived quicker than I was expecting, so all good.
I bought the sling to collect a new puppy with and also to use to help socialize it until it's had all of it's jabs. To be honest I wasn't sure if it would work and it would look like a man bag with a dog in it. Our pup loves it and nearly all the comments I have received have been great. I would definitely recommend one of their slings to anyone contemplating buying one. Product is well made and functional. It has a short lead which you can attach to your dogs collar which ensures they can't escape when you're otherwise distracted.

We called up before ordering the dog sling online as we wanted to make sure we get the correct size. The lady was friendly and helpful and ordering online was very easy. The dog sling arrived quickly and is of very high quality. Would definitely recommend and if we ever find ourselves in the area, will visit the shop.
