PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Very unprofessional people behind the business, wardrobes are poorly made, holes etc don’t align properly and the instructions are useless. Few panels arrived damaged. When I contacted them they get saying don’t worry don’t worry and then would disappear! Send they would send out replacement but month later I have nothing and disappeared again. Contacted Wowcher today and they raised a case against the company and to my surprise I receive a message to ask if i received my placement… so which I replied no! Because u haven’t send me it and only are communicating now as I have contacted Wowcher. They sent Wowcher an email saying that the wardrobe was sent fine and the customer as in me damaged the panels? I took pictures of the damage and you could clearly see it hadn’t been put together at the time. First time ever I am writing a bad review so imagine how much stress this has caused me that I don’t want anyone else ruining their sleep over. Do yourself a favour n do not purchase from them! So many bad reviews and Wowcher are till working together with them it’s shocking!

Worst experience I have had online.

Just like the other negative reviews, late delivery and missing parts.

Offered a partial refund of £30 which was ridiculous compared to the amount I paid. This went on for far too long so I accepted the partial refund even though I don't think the amount was fair. 1 month later, continuous lies about this so-called refund. I still haven't received it.

What a joke of an experience, and a waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and go to someone else.

Modern Furniture Online is a wonderful company. Online customer service and after-sales support is great. My experience with this store was amazing. What pleased me most was the transparency, quality, punctuality and special prices. Wardrobes, beds, all done with great quality and excellence. I am very satisfied with the service. Do not buy from here they are theifs and a lot of the reviews are fake. I promise u bout from somewhere else they are a bad company. They take ur money and refuse to give u a refund or the product. Declines calls when u ask. It’s been almost 30 days I’ve had to chase my money back

The worst company I’ve ever ordered from. My order took two weeks to arrive & they called on the morning of arrival to say that had damaged my sofa which was the last colour. They offered me alternatives however it’s not what I wanted.
The man was swearing down the phone when I asked where my order was. Disgusting company. If you know what’s good for you don’t order from them!!!

I'm highly disappointed! my order (sofa) was delivered but incomplete component and for over a week i haven't got any feedback from them after several calls and messages about it. This is really absurd, would consider the return option. Yes quality but how can i enjoy an incomplete sofa in my living area.

Do not buy from them they are a scam company. I order from amazon the order didn't come at all. Asked for a refund they are refusing do do it as they say is been delivered. Asked from amazon my mobile number and called me to close the case and after they will do me the refund. They called me with mobile numbers not with land line. I told them to communicate with me through Amazon they didn't. They have changed their name online so no one can write the truth about them. Avoid them.

Ordered a wardrobe, delivery date pushed back 3 times. I called their WatsApp number to complain, a guy used a made up name and said my complaint would be registered. He then called me back and told to: “F off, go and f your mother”

I have recently bought a cupboard ,a baby crib and sofa set from Sliding wardrobes 4u. And they were very economical and sturdy.the parts were easily ensembled as the instructions were very easy. The designs were very beautiful and it made my baby's new room look like a dream.

Ok firstly, I know previous reviews are left by employees to up their rating. I'm leaving this review as I had just moved home after renovations were made and I had to get new flooring put down. They delivered me a sofa (which they didn't specify on the site I would have to special order) so I settled for a different colour. That's not the problem. The fact is they were in such a rush they left a part of my furniture out side my door. The pieces of sofa they did actually bring in they stuffed in the front room but they were careless and now there's a huge dip in my flooring which I brought when I moved back. No ones going to pay for a new floor area they?? Nope that'll be more money out of my pocket. I'll be avoiding this site at all cost in future. If you must order. Make sure they don't damage your property!
