My experience has been nothing short of excellent! My landlord was not fixing my home me and my children were living in, my walls had blown plaster in the living room, stairs and hallways I found this by removing the wall paper when we first moved in the walls were so damaged brick work was showing, making it dusty and cold! I also couldn’t put down flooring because I knew the damage would need a lot of work, it would have ruined my new floors. SLS helped me contact them professionally to get this work done quicker than they were doing, I was waiting 8 months in total, and I think it would have been longer had they not stepped in! Thank you again for all your help!

Emily Jordan is who you want to represent you in these matters. My disrepair had been affecting my mental health and Emily was empathetic to this and battled to ensure I received all works to be completed and additionally what I wanted to settle the case for. Every encounter was respectful and she was always at the end of an email or call and would always check in if there had been radio silence from the council. I know they must of been giving her absolute hell but she was tenacious and really stood up for me and my family . Thank you Emily now we are coming to the the finish like of something that has affected me for well over 5 years and this really is down to all your hard work and great care management

SLS rushed into settlement money, without requesting a moratorium to make sure Sanctuary Housing had truly done the job. If one consider Sanctuary Housing are behind my roof damage (supported by multiple evidence), one would be suspicious about the repairs. A storm broke down shortly after the job was "done" to reveal it was a pretence job. Then, SLS stop representing me properly. It seems they wanted an easy way out. Furthermore, when I asked to cease representing me as I could not trust them since they did nothing to prevent a scaffolding from being erected, 3 months ago: - it is still there! Sanctuary did zero effort to sort it out, meaning they never intended to- SLS rushed into sending a notification of end of representation to Sanctuary, putting me on the line, proving my point: they are not reliable. Furthermore, they send me the same notification in a format which was not readable: if after that you still want to trust them, don't be surprised if they let you down, like they did me.

I hope this message finds you well. I apologize for the delay in responding to your last email. The reason for the delay was that I was suffering from a severe cold and flu for three weeks.

I want to express my overall satisfaction with SLS's service. While there were some delays in meeting the deadline, I have a generally positive opinion about SLS's service. I want to particularly highlight the willingness and personal commitment of Mr. Shah Ali, which has contributed to reaching this positive assessment.

However, I must bring to Mr Shah Ali's attention that the Great Yarmouth Council has not honored its commitment or fulfilled what was agreed upon. I recently received a letter from the Head of Housing at Great Yarmouth Council stating that the disrepair works were supposed to commence on October 1, 2024. Unfortunately, as of today, October 12, 2024, the works has not yet begun
