Yes all good happy with the product

Ordered on line and paid the extra £5 for next day delivery. It was delivered in immaculate condition as promised. I didn't get any email confirmation of delivery, but phoned up, got through to someone very quickly who gave me the correct info immediately

Good product, arrived quickly, sturdy construction, easy to use, looks neat. Only gripe is that the lock is a bit flimsy and the keys not well cut.

We are really pleased with our box and it will give us peace of mind when parcels are delivered when we’re out.

The box is well built and study, I donot have to wait in for parcels anymore, I am glad I bought one.

After an initial set back with a damaged box the replacement process was easy and quick, even though it required return and refund before buying again.
The installation was easy and the box is great for smaller packages.

I've had the SmartParcel Box for about 3 years now and I have to say, it's a decision I deeply regret. Initially, I thought that the product was fit for purpose but over time, it has comprehensively failed in every way possible. In order of failure - rusted along the edge lines, distorted due to the gossamer thin metal and lack of structural rigidity, the magnetic close mechanism on the delivery side failed just exposing the internals to the elements and then the lock mechanism completely seized and I could not retrieve parcels from the collection side. I was concerned that I would break the key in the lock. It's mass produced to a price point and one that is woefully below an acceptable standard for long term use. I honestly think you could get into it with a pair of tin snips so look elsewhere if you want something that will stop a committed thief. I tried calling Smart Parcel Box but their 0121 number just rings and rings.

Lovely design and absolutely worth it considering how much running around I've spent trying trace where parcels have been left, going to depots , waiting in for late deliveries etc.
There are 4 rubber plugs provided to cover whichever 4 holes you don't use to secure the box. (4 holes on base, 4 on rear)
The only thing I'd say could be improved is the lid front edge is slightly thin i.m.o. and can be bent if mishandled. Fine for normal use though.

Superb service

Very quick from order to delivery. Secure packaging so it arrived in perfect condition. The box is good quality, sturdy, well built and will mean we wont have any more damp parcels. The only challenge we had was working out what size drill bit to use - it was not immediately obvious and isn't on the paperwork (at least we could not see it). All fitted and had our first parcels (and letters) today.
Registration was easy and we should receive notification of future deliveries direct from courier companies. A very good product, prompt delivery and would not hesitate to recommend.

Love it, some additional security for our parcel deliveries. In theory the courier has to scan our barcode which should provide another way of everyone knowing the parcel was delivered to the correct address

Bought the personalised large parcel box. Thought I couldn’t find the keys but when I called, they were so patient with me and explained exactly where I’d find them.

I was a bit worried that a large metal box would get damaged in delivery. The box came by DPD and was well packaged with foam protection to the top/bottom and sides. No problem there.👍
The extra large box is well designed. The metal is thick enough to feel robust. It should not allow water penetration (the letter slot slopes to stop water entry, the access door has a rubber strip to stop water entry, and the base has small drainage holes to keep everything dry.👍
I mounted mine on firm rubber blocks to keep it above the gravel path and allow a bit off compression when leveling the box. 👍

Good product well made , good price

Outstanding quality. Very well engineered. Secure and weatherproof. I bought the extra large box with the slanted top. The shelf has a clever telescopic sliding mechanism so it takes up less space when the lid is closed. Far better in my opinion than the box I bought from Penn Elcom which I am returning as it leaks and is nowhere near as secure.

The box arrived as promised and was of good quality it was easy to install on my wall too early to tell if it's fully weatherproof etc but looks good and expect it to do as intended for a long time.
