Interest rate offered a year ago on 12 month deposit was competitive but offered rates at end of period less so.

Received an email today from Andy requesting sight of my driving licence or other confirmation of ID and new address,
I sent a copy back via email with some other details and was advised by Andy within minutes that my details had been amended.

I saw this company on the Martin Lewis site. You can't go wrong with him. I have been saving with Smart Save for a couple of years now. They give you a good rate of interest. Very trustworthy.

Easy to set up and a great rate on returns. They informed us when it was ready for maturing and the options were very easy to carry out. We took some money out and reinvested the rest.

its ok to you need to contact them, CHAT BOT DOES NOT WORK AND NO PHONE NUMBER, YOU HAVE TO LOG ON TO SEND THEM A MESSAGE AND DO NOT EXPECT A QUICK REPLY FOR DAYS.
I got a email saying my account was maturing and will be put in a holding account as not filled in my maturaty instructions.
i did not get a email telling me my account was maturing and giving me options.
i logged on and sent a few emails telling them this and to put maturing funds into my nominated account.
i cannot phone or talk to them, only email them from ther site.
not good enough.

My 1 year fixed savings account matured today and I reinvested it at a competitive rate with the interest going straight into my bank account. I am pleased with the efficiency of this online bank.

Very competitive interest rate which unfortunately was no longer available. Online account was easy to use and customer service was excellent.

Moving large amounts of money around on the Internet can be quite daunting with the amount of scams. Saw this company on the Martin Lewis site which gave me the confidence to use them.
This will now be the third year that I have used them, the interest goes back in my bank without any problems, I would definitely recommend

Very easy to set up the account. Useful reminders as the account neared it’s end date, capital and interest returned to my bank on time, only reason for moving is a better interest reate
