I was panicking when i went online and could not obtain an annual statement and then read under FAQs that SmartSave do not produce statements. I needed an urgent statement to show my funds being transferred from SmartSave to my nominated account for mortgage purposes as the Agent required proof. I then went online to the Chat faciality and spoke live with Andy and i must say he helped me with what I required. It only took minutes for him to come back to me after security checks to say Statement will be with me the next business day and to my surprise I got what I wanted. Andy....really appreciate you helping me and I'm sure if i didn't get you that day another colleague would have done the same. SmartSave are great in Customer Service 5/5.

Andy from Smartsave was quick and efficient and helped me resolve a mistake i had made and allowed me to redo my investment correctly. Always get quick response from the chat options with Smartsave, a great bank to be with and fantastic interest rates too.

Great company to deal with - fast, efficient and friendly support

Although my Smart Save account was online, I got a really speedy and helpful email response from Andy which answered my query.
Also they returned the money quickly on maturity, and I have now reinvested with linked Chetwood Bank.
Would recommend them.
