I have had an account for a few years. I have been very happy with the competitive interest year on year. I feel secure and reassured with the entire service provided. On occasions when I wish to speak to the team my questions and queries have been answered professionally.

I invested in a 1 year bond which had a competitive rate, this recently matured and using their online system I reinvested in another bond with minimum fuss. A delegate App works be nice but the website works well.

Simple and straightforward to open an account and deposit funds.
I opened a 1 year fixed rate savings account last year which has recently matured.
As the current interest rate was competitive, I decided to reinvest my capital into another 1 year fixed rate saver. My new account was opened automatically and the interest derived from my previous account was deposited into my bank account on the date of maturity as per my instructions. First class service!

I opened a 12 month fixed rate savings account, they had one of the best rates at the time. Opening the acc was straightforward, My only concern about managing my online acc was that there is no authentication layer of security when logging into your acc, you simply login in with email address and a password and you are in. I did raise this concern with them and they assured me they had other security stuff going on in the background. This is the only reason ive given a 3 star rating. I have reinvested with them.
