Great and Reliable service... Great Communication...

Absolute con, I signed up and paid for the messages, it let me send a few the first time when I signed up, but every subsequent time I tried to log on, the website wouldnt recognise my log on details, and just kept coming up with a fault message. Rip off, stay away.

Got problem with 2 russian mobile operator, support reaction too long (12h+)

Great Low-Startup-Cost Texting Service!

I needed a way to easily send text alerts to my Google Voice number from my monitoring software. Unfortunately Google Voice does not support text over e-mail. Since this was going to be personal, low-volume texting, I wanted something that I didn't have to spend a lot of money on. SMSGlobal made this quite easy and affordable. I was looking at another well-known service, but they wanted a $30 up-front setup charge in addition to the per-text charges. SMSGlobal has no up-front setup charge, so I was able to get started with $5. Their API is very simple, easy to use, and is supported by most applications. I am using it with Paessler's PRTG monitoring software to send alerts when my router has problems. It is working out Great! I am very happy with SMSGlobal.

SMS Global is 'usually' working okay... but seems to have too many technical issues or unavailability for the importance that we place on it. We also have frequent instances where we might send a message, it has a notation that it is sent, but does not appear in the reporting or display below as having been sent. So did the message actually go through??? This is then further amplified when doing and 'Upload Send'. I sent through 250 messages from an upload and all gone AOK: all displaying below in the 'sent window'. I then send 250 more... and did they go through??? Who knows as they aren't displaying anywhere. So more of my valuable time wasted due to the inconsistently frustrating performance of SMS Global!

Amazing on all levels - excellent software integration, web dashboard makes it a breeze to manage everything you need to and staff are always ready to help if the need arises. Also impressed with the level of communication they provide in regards to current trends in the market and also keeping us in the loop with any maintenance issues.

SMS global is great! it's easy to use and fast. Soon as you are done typing the SMS and you click send, the messages start to deliver to phones.

1. Amount deducted by mistake not yet refunded. Screen asked for only generating invoice and send to my email id. It asked CR card details and amount directly deducted.

2. Transaction route SMS not supported. This is not mentioned properly. I've enabled DND for my number and so I will receive only Transaction route SMS but same is not supported by SMSGlobal. So waste of money.

Overall support persons somewhat understand the problem after some emails but they don't know how to provide solutions till now.

If the dashboard showed the number of messages being charged for - including multiples for 160+ characters - rather than just the net number of messages. This lead us to query the charges as our money seemed to be disappearing faster than it should.
We are able to reconcile this at our end but perhaps a more informative approach would be to have both numbers visible.
Otherwise very happy with service.

I am giving a bad review as we are constantly having issues with your system. Messages aren't going out (we have even tried tests - some of them where received and some weren't) or they are going out on a different day altogether. We have had clients that have received their SMS in random symbols. I will just log on and get timed out straight away. Every time I call you to see if there are any issues with your system yous can't help or say I cant see anything wrong.
Definitely an unacceptable experience.

Service not so good not so bad :)

No reservations and I would recommend SMS Global to any business needing the service. We send out 100's of SMS messages a week to our customers and they never fail. Excellent dashboard with snapshots and the reporting is great. Their Support Team are knowledgeable and assist in a timely manner. A Big Thumbs up from me. AAA+++
