From the start very helpful on the phone. Booked the job in. The workman arrived at exactly the time he was booked in. Very friendly and helpful the job took him all morning but we were very pleased with the result. I would recommend this company.

Great service from start to finish with the John at Snag Doctor, nothing was a issue and great communication. We had an extremely difficult snag to contend with in a high-end property and the team at Snag Doctor worked their magic and the end result was flawless. A few minor, but annoying, marks / water damage on our kitchen furniture and a scratch on our shower basin. All repaired very quickly to a point that we would never have known they were there, Very pleased with the service, colour matching and quality of workmanship.

Great job done. We needed a number of ceramic sink chips repaired in both our ensuite and kitchen sinks. Both areas were done perfectly, you can't tell where the chips were and they've stayed that way. Lewis was very friendly too, which put me and our little cockapoo at ease, he was really professional, very approachable and respectful in our home. Very happy with the service provided and work done, would definitely recommend. This is our second job from the Yorkshire team and we would use them again.

Stupidly burnt a small section of my kitchen laminate work top and was dreading the thought of replacing nearly 6 metres of work surface. Found Snag Doctor on checkatrade and was surprised at the speed they got in touch and booked me in for a repair. I am delighted that I only paid a minuscule amount to have a patch repair. The technician Sam was extremely pleasant and polite and very professional, a credit to the company. John followed up the next day with a call (nice touch) to ensure I was happy. Thank you.

Really good communication and booking process was easy. Very honest about what they can and can’t repair. Really good at getting back to me was very reassuring despite messaging over the weekend.

Lewis was sent out, really polite and friendly, I cannot actually see where he repaired the floor tiles , it’s that good of a match I cannot remember where it even was.

The wall tiles are significantly better, you can see where the repair was but only because we know where it was and it was quite a bad drill hole to cover. It truly exceeded my expectations! No one else will be able to tell.

I would definitely use them again.

I contacted snagdoctor North Yorkshire after I dropped a metal cup into the bathroom sink, causing a star-shaped surface crack. Matty got to work on the damage, and soon stripped the sink back to its sub surface, before rebuilding it. The repair is invisible! Brilliant job, thank you snagdoctor

Caution: They do a good initial repair; however, in my experience, the repair on ceramics like sinks wears off after a few years. Push your developer to replace the sink rather than repair it!

Update: Lots of emails, no goodwill—just a 1-year warranty. For items meant to last 10+ years, demand a replacement from your developer.

From first contact Karl kept me informed, provided a quote from the photos of our kitchen island damage and this did not increase when he saw the actual damage when he came to repair it yesterday. Matt from Snag Doctor, North East London recently repaired my laminate kitchen work surface which had been damaged by a minor fire. I decided to use Matt to do the job as he was excellent at communicating from the beginning of my contact with him. After agreeing to a date and time for his visit, he kept me informed of his expected time of arrival throughout the day which was very helpful as I knew when to expect him. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful and explained what the job entailed. I was more than happy with the end result and the repair isn’t even visible. I had thought I’d have to pay to get the old work top removed and replaced so this repair has saved me a lot of money, time and inconvenience. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt to do your repairs.

I live in South Yorkshire so when I contacted Snag Doctor they gave me Stuart’s details who replied more or less straight away. Sturat then quoted me a price after I sent him pictures of the kitchen cabinets I needed touching up where the paint has come off and booked me in. On the day Matt P arrived on time and did an outstanding job. My kitchen looks like new. I will be definitely using snag doctor again should I have any more issues and I will recommend the service to my neighbors.

Have used West Yorkshire Snag Doctor's Karl on several occasions to fix a chip in my oven and hob, as well as a tile crack and some floorboard discolouring. Karl is meticulous in his attention to detail and all the repairs are fantastic and now not visible. Communication is also always excellent and prompt. So helpful to have this service and avoid expensive replacements. Would highly recommend!
