Called Snag Doctor, East Yorkshire and was helped by Stuart &Josh. From start to finish the process was quick, easy and seamless. We had an issue with our 5 small areas of our laminate flooring and were all set to reluctantly replace the full bungalow flooring. However Stuart reassured us that the damage could be repaired at a fraction of the cost. Josh did an amazing job, true artistry blending the colouring and design. The scuffs and a couple of very large chips are now undetectable, and the floor will last us a few more years now. Thanks for all your help guys

Excellent service from Jake, a technician from Snag Doctor Southwest, who were called in to tend to what looked like scaffolding damage, on UPVC frames at our new Redrow home. He was punctual, a good communicator, courteous, tidy and made an excellent job on the damage.
Thank you Jake, I’m not sure I could locate those scratches now!

Used snag doctor West Yorkshire to fix our limestone fireplace which we had chipped, a couple of blemishes/chips in our bath and chips in our granite kitchen work top. We are delighted with the results everything looks great. Very efficient and friendly service and a good price. Would highly recommend - this is one number I’m defo hanging on to.

Richard and Jason were sent by a telecom company’s insurer to repair a house brick that had been damaged. Honestly, they were fantastic. Real craftsmen. The repair is completely invisible now and we are delighted. Highly recommend them . They were also very nice chaps!

Josh explained the procedure and carried out all repairs to our outdoor porcelain tiled patio they now look new he took his time no rush and ensured we were happy with finished result before packing away needless to say we are very happy with all process and workmanship and would highly recommend

I recently requested Snagdoctor to repair a badly cracked sink in my en-suite. I had tried to repair it myself a few times which made it worse. A great job was done by their very professional technician who was very friendly and informative regarding aftercare. Very impressed with the company from booking the repair to getting the job done. Very reasonable price too.

The technician we had, Mark, was just absolutely lovely. He was patient when I was caught up in traffic, he kept everything so clean, and was so precise in his work. He stayed a lot longer than expected to ensure the correct colour was matched.
The overall experience of the company was great. They replied to emails quickly and managed to get me a slot asap. I would definitely recommend😊
