Had an amazing experience today with Snag Doctor North West.

The technician's name was Ricky. He was here to repair damage to my windows, worktop and sink.

The job he did was fantastic!

My wooden windows had drill holes in them, as well as other damage. He filled, sanded, sprayed etc and they now look as good as new.

He also repaired my worktop, by blending paint to a perfect match.
(No mean feat, as it is a mottled, concrete effect.) Again, absolutely no sign that there was ever any damage.)

Finally, he repaired my sink by spraying lacquer coating onto it.
There is absolutely no sign of the scratches now.

As well as doing a great job on these repairs, Ricky was respectful of my property and a really nice, genuine guy.

I will recommend Snag Doctor North West and Ricky in particular to all my friends.

I had a burn on a worktop. I contacted Snagdoctor who replied immediately, gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled the work for a few days later. Steven came to repair the worktop and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this very professional company.

I’ve used Snag Doctor twice now in recent months and both repairs have been fantastic. One was for a gloss laminate worktop which are notoriously difficult to fix and the other was for a scratched bath.
Communication was great from both the office staff and repair engineers who attended.

Mark was great from first message. He was easy to contact via WhatsApp, quickly arranged a visit to look at the damaged item and gave a fair quote.

From initial contact to the repair being made was under two weeks, a week of that was me deciding to go ahead with the work. He was reliable and did what he said he would do. Very happy with the repair and overall service. Would happily use Mark again for any other mishaps!

Very easy to contact via WhatsApp. A quote for the work was sent and the work was booked in within a couple of days. The technician was friendly, neat and tidy and did a brilliant job. We would highly recommend and we will definitely be using the company again in the future if needed.

Mark was called out to deal with an accident on an expensive shower tray in our house. Now you can’t see the chip at all!

We found Snag Doctor to have an easy and navigable enquiry page when researching companies who could offer tiles repair services.

Job description given, and price agreed Jon visited our home ten days after the initial enquiry was made and he was both professional and courteous from the start.

Throughout he explained the process on the work he completed and always made us aware when he was entering/leaving the property with an extended professional courtesy.

Used Snagdoctor to repair a quartz worktop. Excellent service, engineer was meticulous in his work and when he’d finished the worktop looked ‘as new’.

Great company to do business with. Damaged kitchen worktop sealed and smooth to the touch, slight lightness of finish but a great job that ensures integrity for hygienic use. I would fully recommend Snag Doctor for worktop repairs.

Great work by Snag Doctor (North East) Joel was very professional, on time and did a great job when carrying out a few cosmetic repairs in our new build. It’s amazing what they can do. I’d 100% recommend them.

Henry is incredibly professional and personable and has done an amazing job in repairing some outside brick work. His honesty does him credit but he clearly cares about the work he does. I would highly recommend him.

The driver of van ending xxc seems to think it's appropriate to drive at 39 in a 30 on the b1206 in Hibaldstow at 0743 on the 11th July. If Road law violations occur what other rules or regs will this person violate? Food for thought.

Edit. I wrote a review as the only way I could contact was to speak to my local person who is most likely the person to have been the said speeder. This review will stay.

Dropped a bread board and made a large hole in a wood patterned ceramic floor tile . After the repair you cannot even see where the damage was .Luke was absolutely amazing .

Friendly, professional and reliable. My beautiful, solid wooden floors were badly damaged and they now look brand new!
