The staff and others clients are really friendly. There's no treating you like you're a china doll and no judgement.
There's a sense of belonging and constant inspiration to help motivate you and keep you focused.

The facilities are unreal and always cleaned too the highest standard.

As someone who used to be scared of the Gym, I now love the Gym and have found my Gym community.
Also the Gym isn't just helping me with my physical health but also with my mental health and i am noticing I am feeling so much better and gettibg back to the woman I used to be. I forgot she existed but now she's like where you been girl! I missed you!
If I can do it, then you can do it! The hardest step is getting started and you don't have to be perfect or good at everything right away. Just take it one session at a time and you'll get there!

I've been going to the Lancaster branch and couldn't be happier with it. The gym is always exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff are genuinely lovely, friendly, and always willing to help. There's a great selection of machines and equipment, all kept in excellent condition, making it easy to get a good workout every time. Highly recommend the Lancaster branch!

Great gym and staff but would be good to have a ab or sit up machine for the abs

Really good local Hinckley Gym. All the equipment works, the staff are friendly, and the wait times are good. Equipment on offer is also of a good variety and quality. App support is also really good. On the whole, happy all round.

Cancelled membership for my son back in March 2026 and they are still taking money for the subscription. Signed up for rolling monthly contract. So this should not have been an issue. Reported to my finance company who will look to recover money that has been unlawfully taken.

Friendly atmosphere everything at gym I need to train

Was a member of David Lloyds and Virgin Active for over 10 years. While a member at these high profile fitness clubs I struggle to be motivated and driven.
Since signing up with Snap Fitness all that has changed.
Maybe the lack of Sauna and Steam room and Restaurant at the previous gyms was the kick to the back side that I needed.

Great fitness centre i am having an fabulous time going to there, Meeting new people working on my health and gaining better body strength.

Well the GYM is big well equiped . The only problem : when a new person for the first time joined Gym you have to show him for upto two days maximum every machine how it works and what he has to do . In general you have to familarise him or her every peace and pieces :; mind you he is paying a lot of money to be fit and need to be treated much better than he expected ; you can not just leave him or her alone to do exercise :; introduction is vital for every one

New to the gym.. it's very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome.

I'm 78 and was apprehensive about joining after about 40 years since I last went to a gym. However I felt extremely comfortable with the facilities and the friendly atmosphere.
I first met Charlie Moore who completed my membership and Charlie Wanstall for my induction to the gym. Both were excellent ambassadors to Snap Fitness.

I have been a member at the Lancaster branch of snap for going on 9 months.

The staff are all on first name terms and couldn't be anything more than brilliant when I need them.

I predominantly train heavy weights across a P.P.LU.L schedule and find the gyms choice of equipment perfect for my needs.

The gym is always clean, presented well and has instilled a re-rack culture that the majority of members follow.

All in all a 10/10 space that I spend 4/5 sessions a week in.

I had a great experience at Snap Fitness Wallington. The gym is always clean, the equipment is modern and well maintained, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The staff are helpful and professional, and it never feels overcrowded. Great place to train whether you are a beginner or experienced. Highly recommend

Such a bad experience at the Fareham Snap Fitness. There was faeces on the handbars of the equipment!! The staff weren't apologetic at all and refused to give me and my friend refunds after we cancelled our memberships at the beginning of the month. So disappointed by how this was handled, don't feel valued at all as a long-term customer. They acted like they were doing us a huge favour by cancelling our memberships early - this is the bare minimum after touching faeces, no?
