ABSOLUTE SCAM! THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT AND UNETHICAL.

Horrible product that is painful to use, and the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

They have received 29 negative one star reviews for a reason. The sole positive five star review was probably written by one of their employees.

Their refund policy, very well hidden, states that you are ineligible for a refund as soon as you open the package.

So you cannot test the product. Doing so violates their refund policy.

One other reviewer qualified for a refund, but she was told she had to send the package to Sweden. The cost would have been $250!

After a long email war with their customer service, I was only able to get them to refund me 30%. I agreed to it because they just wore me down.

Worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau.

Worked well and helped my snoring.
HOWEVER, the device permanently messed up my bite.
My front teeth now have a 1/8th inch gap (5mm) and I cannot bite off many foods.
I saw an orthodontist and he said he could not help me; that I would need surgery to graft bone to my jaw and then migrate the teeth out into it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

I join the other disappointed suckers. Desperate for a sleep apnea solution short of a CPAP machine. The thing is tolerable for me but the issue is to stay on your tongue it has to be dry as they instruct. But your tongue is wet so go figure how to make it stay! I even tried to alternate between two and dried with a tissue after use. But in about 15-30 minutes it was off and no way to have the suction work. Now have 4 pieces of worthless plastic and still snore worse sleeping on my back than side per my iPhone.

I decided to try snore solvers to help alleviate my snoring. The device seems plausible but is not a guarantee. That is why on their website they put a 30-day money back guarantee to all purchasers. Unfortunately they've decided not to stand behind their 30-day money back guarantee. I bought one and got three free because of my age. I used to and it caused me injury to my tongue. They refuse to refund it as part of their 30-day money back guarantee. I cannot recommend snore solder's device because of the company not standing behind their product. What I paid is $50 for one device that you can buy on Amazon for $10. Shame on snore solvers for not standing behind their money back guarantee.

I hate that I didn’t find reviews for this horrible product before wasting my money. On the site they boast that they have a less then 1% return that is because once they package is opened, you can’t return it! However after many disparaging emails to them they did refund half my money.

Honesty would be a huge improvement!!! Let customers know it's impossible to cancel an order and honestly impossible to return items; the return shipping is at least $250 for one small package.

Ive been using this little thing for about 2 weeks now and cant tell you how much its helped me sleep and stay asleep for longer periods. Before I'd wake up from snoring every 2 hours, often less. Now I sleep generally 4-6 hours straight before waking up to pee, or flip sides (im a side sleeper). I see this hasn't worked for many people so I assume either they're doing it wrong not getting enough consistent suction, or is too uncomfortable for them, or it simply didn't help their particular type of apnea. I haven't done a sleep study yet but I would like to soon, to see if it has truly helped me. I've never done a sleep study before so it would be good to do one anyways, but I just feel so much better and wake up hardly at all in the night after using this device. It did take me about 2-3 nights of sleeping to get used to, and it flared up my saliva sack under my tongue in that period, but it went back to normal pretty quickly. Now I'm really comfortable with it and love the suction how it keeps my tongue away from the back of my throat. Also i feel it is important to find a good sleeping position for me that keeps my head elevated above my body while sleeping on my side, rather than sleeping flat, so thats something else I always keep in my when falling asleep. I recommend Snoreresolvers to anyone who mentions snoring issues now

The product is like putting a paper clip on your tongue and hoping you can still breathe. It is uncomfortable and makes it difficult to breathe. The return policy is a scam. They won't refund your money if the item is out of the packaging but there is no way to know if it works or not without taking it out of the packaging!! Do not buy this if you want to try it and think you can get your money back. You can't!!

They don’t even deserve a 1 star. There were many red flags as I was ordering. I was informed that I could return the unopened package but they failed to mention that I had to pay shipping to Switzerland. Grrrr

Zero stars should be an option. These are cheap horrible plastic that is impossible to use because they are so uncomfortable and do not adjust to any shape. I bought 4 and cannot return them. Customer service is non-responsive and the return policy says they have to be unopened. I want to return 3 but can't. Save you money, what a rip off.

I should have known this was a scam. Sweden ripping off yanks. First off who sleeps with a cup of hot water bedside for when it comes off during the night. Secondly, I hope your company goes down the drain.

This company and device is the ultimate scam. The plastic smells and tastes terrible, the device does not work for anything but leaving you with a fat swollen tongue in the morning and a dry mouth. When I tried to return it- they wouldn't accept it, or any of the unopened 4 additional ones I got because of the deal! DO NOT BUY!!!

Product didnt work for me. I tried to return it. They say that they have a no return policy to protect their consumers.

They will not honor their return policy or money back guarantee. They make you ship back to Sweden (horribly expensive, and items ship from US) and will not take any opened items back despite what their website says. AVOID. I spent a week arguing with them. Someone should start a class action for false advertising.

Don't think you have 30 days to try this for a money back return. You can't even look at it for them to issue you a return. If you open the box it came in to look at it and then request a return, you will get denied. Even if you didn't open the plastic bag inside the box. Buyer beware!!!

Scam - 30 days to return only if you don't open it to try it! Beware!!
My husband tried it for one night. It was uncomfortable, and he had woken up and couldn't find it. He must have taken it out during the night.
When I bought it, there was a promotion, buy 1 get three for free, and a 30-day return policy, but they don't tell you that you can't open it, if you want to return it. SCAM!

Total scam. Advertise 30 day money back guarantee, but you cannot open the product. Absolutely horrid product and service. Buy 1 get 3 free, they claim you opened the one that was paid for therefore cannot return. I disputed the charges.

The return policy and satisfaction guarantee is garbage. If any piece is opened they will not accept a return. How could you possibly know if it works unless you try it.
