I just found.d the whole experience very pleasant, the salesman was so helpful and of course the coffee helped me enjoy sitting in my soon to be new chair. I would recommend sofology.

The staff were friendly but not pushy and that is what we like , to be left alone to browse but have someone there if we ask . All in all we bought a sofa after lots of trying the style we wanted from here and other stores .

The customer service was excellent, I walked in and was acknowledged. I was asked to have a look around and if I needed help they were here. It was lovely not to be rushed or mithered, I chose what I wanted, they made sure I knew all about the sofa I was offered coffee. I felt very valued

From the beginning all nice full of smiles and coffee after we paid for our sofa all changed the lady in Sofology refused to confirm a delivery date went back to sofology in White City Manchester. There the staff was very rude we was told to **** off out of store three women that worked in the store refused to ID themselves turn there ID around we complained 3/4 times and know one got back to us every time we contacted them we were put threw different departments couldn't talk to anyone with authority. When it finally came it was wrong colour foot stool the delivery man refused to cover his shoes as we had new floor fitted. They said they was going to refund all delivery charges in the end they said they couldn't we thought we wasn't going to receive are sofa so had to stay quiet till we did would receive better service from the corner shop so be AWARE OF SOFOLOGY in my opinion hammerish and not trustworthy run a mile

I went in store to buy a sofa was miss sold amd told I have 48 hours to cancel or amend i called the store 18 hours after purchase to cancel as it won't fit in my flat to be told tuff luck we don't cancel
Or refund orders the service was awful the store manager Cash was obnoxious amd the sales women Justine Completly lied to me and miss informed me of the policy

Wish I’d also read reviews DONT BUY from Sofology appalling customer service lie after lie after lie . They need shutting down this company . Im gathering all the problems we have all had . Happy was very helpful and patient and didn't try to close us. He showed us the features listened to us think aloud and ultimately found us the sofa we love.
The order fulfilment experience on the other hand has been a ridiculously bad experience. We had calls with different customer service people who all provided conflicting and confusing information (one said our sofa was damaged in transit, another confirmed nothing was wrong with the sofa, then another called after that to ask us to pay £500 more because it was indeed damaged (and a replacement was £500 more expensive - even though I did not damage the sofa), and then a final rep saying there was actually no damage in the end).
After the roller coaster with customer service, the sofa finally arrived late and INCOMPLETE. The wrong components had been loaded to the van so we ended up with sofa with no backrest, no chaise and 2 other completely unrelated stand alone pieces. These have been taken back and who knows when we will actually get a sofa now.
The lack of care and level of incompetence has been shocking.

Very helpful, genuine staff, very apparent that staff know all things about sofas, gently guided to choose an option which would fit lounge and preferences, impressed how they were able to connect with my teen daughter and myself who is in 50’s, Good sense of humour even at end of a busy work day, another family member went on to purchase another sofa a few days later, would definitely recommend

No refund on my deposit 😡😡 the worst firm I have ever had the experience of dealing with they owe me £327 the only way you can help is to refund my money because I cancelled within 24 hours of cooling of period because the suite was to big 😡😡
