Sofology - Poole Reviews 

Bought 2 sofas, a corner sofa from Clearance, and a 3 seater chaise, was very excited at first, but when the corner sofa was delivered it came in wrong fabric with only a corner piece delivered in the fabric of my choice. They acknowledged a supplier error and now being asked to pay £700 for a new factory order. This is really poor after sales service from such a reputed brand. Still working with customer support team, will see how far they will honour their contract.

We received excellent customer service at Sofology. We really appreciated the support we were given, as the staff member provided all the information we needed and helped us choose the perfect chair for our dream home. She explained every detail clearly and guided us through the different options, highlighting the quality and features of the furniture. Her knowledge, patience, and professionalism made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

This was our first time at Sofology. Found staff was very informative of the product we were interested in buying, found them to be very friendly and courteous. Would shop there again.

Excellent customer service. I didnt know what you could get with a sofa, the heated seat will definitely help my partner out.

I did go into the store in poole at first but I did order the sofas online, as didnt have the time to go back in to order them.

Very professional and accurate sales pitch

Jason made us feel welcome and made the experience easy. It felt like talking to a friend. He got some colouring for our 2 year old to do and engaged with him unlike other places that ignored him. Will suggest any friends and family to Jason in Sofology Poole!
