Fantastic Service and Perfect for Poms!
I have a little black Pomeranian called Pepper, and with the sudden cold snap we're having, she refused to go on a walk because it was just too cold. That’s when I discovered Soho Poms—and I’m so glad I did!
The selection of warm clothing is absolutely wonderful, not just for Poms but for any small dog. I placed my order, but within an hour, I realised I’d chosen the wrong size for Pepper—oops! I contacted the company via email, and Charlotte was fantastic. She immediately amended my order to the correct size, and everything was dispatched the same day.
I’m so impressed with the customer service and the company’s clear love for Pomeranians. Thank you, Charlotte, and Soho Poms—you’ve gained a very happy customer (and a warmer Pom)!

Dog loves it but strap too short and itchy on my neck
The bag is comfortable and warm for my dog. He loves it. However the strap is too short even adjusting it to the longest and the material of the strap is rough and not pleasant on my neck when I’m carrying him. I’ve had to buy a cushion type thing to wrap around the strap to make it more comfortable for me. The bag fits my 19 week puppy but does not fit my 2 year old girl dachshund comfortably either so I’d say I’d want the bag to be a bit bigger too. I’m not returning it just because I used it yesterday and it got very muddy and so I’ve had to put it in the wash. I should have tried it out before I went on a huge walk with it. My puppy does love it though just a shame about the strap.

Fantastic harness & great customer service
Fantastic harness, absolutely love the design and softness to it. My Pug much prefers it, you can see how comfy it is on her. Great quality aswell. Incredible customer service, Charlotte was very helpful as I'd ordered two sizes and needed to return one. She cares about her customers and that makes such a difference. I'd definitely buy from here again.

Beautiful harness
I have recently purchased the pink Yeti harness xxxs & lead, it's beautiful! A tad on the roomy side, but my little 5yr chihuahua girl is tiny at 1.36kg, it's so lovely I've had to keep it! It should be fine over a jumper, it'll keep her toasty warm. I've just put second order in for another for one of my little boys, the four of them are going to cost me a fortune, but they're worth it! Charlotte was very helpful & kept me up to date at every step, thank you again! X

I couldn't buy the product I wanted locally.
I couldn't buy the product I wanted from my local supplier so went online. Hadn't used this company before but they had what I wanted and at a fair price. Product turned up on time but packaging was damaged in transit. Fortunately, the product wasn't fragile so was okay.

Sent the wrong harness.
I bought one for my younger ig and it is great. Bought another one and it's the wrong one. Bit disappointed tbh. I have just bought the right one again, so hopefully I will recieve it.
