Great product thanks

The bag handles need to be adjustable. They are also too long to hand carry too short to use as cross over or put over the shoulder.
The quality is beautiful and well made.

Once the package is handed to Royal Mail the responsibility in order client to receive what was ordered it is not ending. Order was placed on 03.05.2024 and today 19.05.2024 the item is still not received. Once this was signaled to you I received evasive replies that I have to "work myself" in order to receive my item for what I paid the price and the delivery costs.

We have a six year old Pomeranian which we have had since it was three months old. Teddy is actually our grandsons dog. Our grandson lives with us as he has learning/social difficulties and his Mum is profoundly deaf.
Teddy was always groomed regularly but the groomer used to shave him which adversely affected his base coat. We changed groomers as she has been brilliant in trying everything possible to improve Teddys base coat. Teddy does not like grooming and is always difficult. Our groomer made us aware of Soho Poms.
As a 79 year old pensioner finance is extremely tight.
I sent e-mails and eventually decided to purchase the alopecia grooming pack, which was pricey. We had difficulties because there was no overall plan on how to use the products. The videos were difficult because they are not predominantly English. The writing on the bottles was too small to read. We eventually got to grips with what was necessary.
The important point is that using all the products there DOES appear to a slight improvement in Teddy's coat which is very positive.
Our suggestions to Soho Poms would be :-
1. Have readily available use age plans for all products.
2. Have designated English videos.
3. Look to make the products more readily available to people on limited income.
I believe the products appear to work which is great

This company has very good communication and quality of goods. I bought a lovely harness for my French Bulldog Millie which fitted her very well and only sorry I could not include a photo with this review. Just added a photo!

my dog's coat is very smooth and fringes are combed after this shampoo and conditioner . The products are expensive but it's worth the money, also it’s smell unique

I purchased the navy denim and the blue yeti bowl & bone dog harnesses from Soho Poms and I’m delighted with the quality. They’re both different in style and I find the Yeti harness fits my Shichonpoo better than the other one (both the same size) but he looks v smart.

I received exceptional service and had to email due to a fault with a discount code but Charlotte on the other end of the chat was amazing and dealt with my query efficiently and effectively.

For anyone that doesn’t have a Pom but has a small breed, I’d 100% recommend this brand and this site - just measure up before you do to make sure items fit your furbaby. A happy customer. Thank you.

The groomroom shaved my Pom destroyed my little dogs fur was so horrible looking at him and come across sohopoms and give this ago my dogs fur coming along niceley and feels so nice couldn’t of got any better of products

I have been using the Pomeranian shampoo and conditioner for a while.. they are very luxurious and smell great... leaves the dogs fur squeaky clean.. Amazing products..

SohoPoms dog Carrier large (Pink). Found this company via a google search - fantastic! Top quality products. Am so pleased with this carrier and my fur baby (pug of 9kgs) loves hopping in and being carried around. Is the perfect size (large) with straps very securely remaining attached! Beautifully made, my baby girl snuggles right in and is well supported with a good base (not found in most other dog carriers!). Thank You SohoPoms, worth every penny!!
